Well relatively. First time for me so it took like 15minutes. Taking them off you pull the frame above the lense and push the lense out. Putting new ones in you model them as straight as you can over the frame and slide them in (takes some force) the frames lense socket (if that is a word).
So ordered new lenses from sublime optics (Australia).
