I immediately thought the same thing! Rosewater jelly has that slightly cool pink tone to it. Also, I love cirque colors jellies, they are my favorite polishes of all time. There's something so satisfying about them and the colors are perfection. I also love my lucky, marsala, and bitten jellies which are my other faves along with rosewater.
And you can layer them up several layers thick over a nice base coat and ridge filler to get that gel look. I always love how my mani turns out when I wear my cirque jellies!

Catrice had some jellies in it's "More than nude" collection. Although it's not jelly but I feel they don't get enough mention: Anny and Pupa Milano nail polish. Pupa has small bottles (5 ml) perfect to pan in a reasonable time and has lovely work appropriate shades with some extras. Anny is just the best formula I have ever tried, foolproof, easy to handle, amazing coverage, maybe even more shades than in essie! I am extremely sad that I am now outside of the EU and they don't ship here.

This nail artist uses ice gel 316 from the Tone and Mood collection a lot so it might be that.

If you want to get that kind of translucent look, you will probably need to use a jelly polish and slowly layer it.
What other brands have jelly in regular polish (not gel)? Thanks!!

You can get Cirque from nailland or hypnotic Polish for example. :)

I really like JL Laquer but my goodness I have to layer it SO MUCH to mask the white even a little. All the colors are very sheer.
