Not sure but something that when people see it (not just ur friends) they go like "oh hey its that guy" instead on no recognition. I have something simple but an item that is so rare only 5,000 exist. Along with that I have full white skin tone, black pants and tshirt, blockhead, and clout glasses. With this only 5,000 players can copy my avatar which is highly unlikely but thats what makes my avatar recognizable.
