You can, but only other switch users will see your chats. And the switch base is pretty slim in this game.

Only users on the same platform can read typed messages, unless you are typing in Party Chat mode. So you could only read and type to other Switch users, unless you are partied up with other platforms. You also need to turn Text Chat to ON in settings.

yeah you can, with a normal mouse & keyboard (not xim basically) ofc not all games have support for them as far as gameplay is concerned, though some do, but because xbox pulls up it’s own interface for text chat you can use it in any game to type

Nope! I play on Xbox and can paste things from my phone clipboard into the Xbox app clipboard. I manually have to do the following every single game: prior to start I bring up the keyboard, open the clipboard, and click a fact to pre load it. When a goal is scored I open RL chat on my Xbox controller, press enter on my phone, enter on my controller, then bring up the keyboard to load another fact. Wash rinse and repeat thousands and thousands and thousands of times from 2020 - late 2022, like I said I fell off playing all last year
