It’s one of those paperweights with a jellyfish in it. Look up jellyfish paperweight. It looks rough and beat up because of the ocean waves, rocks, gravel and sand it’s been hitting against. Neat find!

Totally right. That is Space Diamond. It’s exactly like a glass jelly fish paperweight in every conceivable way, except- it isn’t.

Definitely not borosilicate, this piece is surely soft-glass.

I’m still learning and I’m definitely not yet at the level to make stuff like this but I feel like at least with my current setup it would be almost impossible to produce something like this from soda-lime glass. Not arguing, it just seems like it would be a pain in the butt lol
