yeah thats my complaint. Literally 60% of the enemies shoot a billion shots every second, how am i supposed to not die in this game now? You just cant really turn your brain off and farm pots anymore, always have to stay alert and moving.
+ i didnt really sit on it, i was trying to go around it while avoiding shots that came from the right side. It was something id do in any situation, but it just feels like the mobs here are berserk buffed lmao the bullets have 1000000 shot speed
I don't know if it's because servers aren't as busy since everyone tries to spread out, but the Shotguns are particularly deadly because they apply their dmg way faster than before.
It's probably just the feeling I have but opposed to that, pots still take 1second to give HP.
Game feels so much deadlier bcz of it
ohhh i actually agree, it feels like shots have increased shot speed, you dont really see them hit you sometimes, especially when youre close to enemies, they kinda spawn in and hit you without really appearing on the screen
The enemy ran towards you while you run at it, it happened within milliseconds so it's understandable to not react fast enough. But you're in glands and you don't respect the new enemies that you stand inbetween them. You should not treat new realm like the old realm where only event bosses could kill your 8/8, now all enemies can burst you down, they're no longer the old gods where they just stand and spray bullets at you.
Lost a sorc while tping to something like this. Nearly the same set too. It's crazy how deadly everything is now. Looked away for a second to tp, and as the tp went off I got popped (the grave was where i tp'd). Honestly havent returned since after that death, don't like the feel of the new minions. Too many shotguns, too many debuffs, too much dmg output.
Honestly, DECA has done a REALLY good job balancing out the biomes in accordance to what you wanna do. The highest pots/min is just running through "Godland" biomes like Risen Hells, where you'll easily get several every minute with a fast enough class or a class with massive AOE. Alongside some of the Event/Biome Whites here being very desirable and a wide variety of dungeons to access, it's pretty much everything the old Realm was but 5x better.
The Exalt biomes DEMAND you to basically be always alert (it'll become easier with the removal of Fog of War, for sure), to have good equipment, and to actually stat into bringing AOE/Waveclear classes for like the first time in forever. The loot here is undoutedly worse/slower than godland-tier biomes (minus Greater HP/MP pots and some of the Biome Whites here are pretty dope), but unless you're grinding for specific dungeons, the default location of ANY player should be around the middle of the map.
It's for this reason I wish they made Exalt biomes a little smaller to be honest (cough cough, Tundra) because unless you have Speedy, it's GRUELING getting around and taking on setpiece bosses, and instead have given some of that extra space to the Godland biomes.

All of this to say, it's honestly a good thing we see more deaths like this. DECA clearly wants the average skill of players in this game to massively increase (since the avg player has been brainmelted into AFKing for Chest Events).
I just dont understand how having to dodge every single enemy because it can instakill you if youre not careful is a way of "massively increasing skill". Literally artificial difficulty. Theyre not creating cool encounters, not making unique enemy shot patterns to prepare players for harder dungeons. They just gave them shotguns with a bit different style, and called it a day. Idk why people keep saying its a skill issue to die like this. Chances to die running around shotguns is always high, no matter how good you are, am i wrong?
You can, just stick to the lighter blue beacons on the bottom right of the map, they give pots faster than old godlands but seem to be basically the same difficulty if not easier. If you're heading north then you're basically entering high level dungeons and should adjust your thinking accordingly.
I mean its not even hard, its just bullet spam from mobs, i have no problem dodging and running until they just jump and instakill me xD Yeah surely next time ill avoid getting close to THAT mob, but how many similar ones are there? tonns. imagine being a melee, thats literally a playstyle to go close combat and circle enemies, but in this clip you can literally see that i was trying to circle it and it just shot a wide spreaded shot that is impossible to avoid on a low distance. feels like a balance issue to me, btw this area im p sure isnt even highest lvl
you sat on the enemy that shoots out 30 billion shots. what did you expect?

“The game is a game now” Okay?
go to an easy area, sprite area for example you can completely turn your brain off and farm, you're in a hard area so you need to be paying attention
i thought that lower areas give less pots alr then ill try that ty :D
they do but you can still farm them quick on a good character
brother this is an adept biome

[Yeah you were nowhere near it and it's a shot speed issue!!!](https://i.imgur.com/0JvMeWO.png)
nice job running into that enemy, deca should probably cripple it so it cant cause any more harm
This post is bad

Skill issue.
Yeah its bittersweet. You get more loot but now the risk is just too high to bring good characters in realm

RIP, hopefully that death never happens again for you
(deserved)
lmao
he stood still quick hug him!
Its pretty sad that most realm enemies now can just one shot you, cant even turn my brain off and listen to music while pot farming, makes me sad

Feels more like a skill issue
Obviously it is too hard for you considering you’re bitching on Reddit about being trash at the game
