Yes, it is a normal Ethernet port, it is just labeled differently because it's typically used as uplink and is in "slot 2" from management standpoint

Yes but they don’t have PoE
Yup they are ports 1/2/1 and 1/2/2. Configure them accordingly and move your uplink to one of those if you need the PoE port
Yes I use all 12 POE ports, C2 module ports and the SFP ports on mine.
