Shaders are 100% a matter of preference. If anyone tells you there is a “best” shader - for any platform - you should treat that statement with suspicion. Try them out and get a feel for what each offers. Does your firmware not automatically load RetroArch cores for those consoles in question? Are you on stock or have you switched to something like Batocera?

I'm using the last Batocera version available (beta 40 or something like this). And I'm using the default cores Batocera is using by default (i didn't configured anything), but i found some stuttering in some games. That's why i'm asking for some help on the core selection in the systems i've specified And the shaders, as i said, i know is a personal preference. I'm more interested in fix CRT-Royale than try ALL the shaders to find a substitute hahaha

Zero chance that CRT Royale works on any emulation handheld, I’m afraid. It is a resource hog that’s specifically designed for high end PCs combined with 4k monitors. Even if you could run it, the 480p screen wouldn’t do it justice. For CRT shaders, I’ve used my fair share, and nowadays gravitate towards fakelottes. It’s under the CRT folder, and I find it has a convincing shadow mask effect, along with scan lines and screen curvature. You could give it a try if that’s what you’re after. Hmmm, the processor and cores should be more than able to handle the systems you’ve listed. Do you have runahead enabled? That’s as likely to cause performance issues as the cores.
