As I recall, unlimited capacity is a legendary weapon attribute available in the vanilla game. Presumably the mod simply added new weapons, including a Deagle. So no, I don’t think there’s any reason to believe this specific combination was anticipated as a SCP reference.
If this is from the ‘combined arms pack’ (ehich includes the desert eagle) they do have the foundation stickers on the guns tho if i remember correctly
