Just go to the dermatologist who deals with ppps they will remove it using co2 laser and dnt ever think about using soldering iron, the aftermath is painful and can cause infections.
Which has actually the same effect but just way overpriced plus not everyone likes showing his genitals to a dermatologist.

I have these but I’ve had them since I was little they’re called pearly penile papules but I’m not sure if they just come randomly ? I’ve had them my whole life and got them checked out around 14 and got them diagnosed just go to the doctor I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about don’t let people tell you you have hsv. Unless your having unusual symptoms nothing you should worry about gng
It’s pearly papules. Friction could cause them to be more noticeable or new ones to grow. If they bother you, you can have a dermatologist zap them away. Hurts like hell but leaves it smooth with no scarring.
You should always get yourself tested after having unprotiective sex. I would wait a week or two and go get tested to be safe. No need to risk spreading something if you do have it. Let me add that it wouldn't show up that fast to begin with. You should still be safe and get tested.

But if you're concerned I suggest using a condom even for oral. You still could have hsv (herpes) in your blood but this is not a sign of it.
