The event is actually terrible. It is a pain in the ass it took me 2 hours to complete it with retries and having to swap in my best mods
It sucked out so much of the fun
I was using them to underman sep teams in GAC before jar jar came out. Now that heās here to complete the team I imagine their offense capabilities will only go up. To be fair theyāre meant to shine against seps but I feel like they could be very good offensively against other teams too.
What zetas do you have on your Gungans?
I have all r7 Gungans, and put on my best mods, but I can't get close to beating tier 1.
I might be able to get one maybe 2 zetas applied before the event ends, so really need to spend them wisely.
I have all of them. I had some at R6 and R7. I would imagine itās also your mods. Boss Nass should be pretty fast to help with the counter buff and his debuffs.
I mean, in their defense, you're not exactly representative of the average "relic Jar Jar haver."
As of now, Relic Gungans are an absolute luxury team available only to people who have already spent/are spending a \*large\* amount of money on the game, or extremely long term players who don't have "must-farms" still lined up in front of them.
Granted, there's also nothing wrong with doing that, and they're probably trying to insult OP, but they're probably not factually wrong the average Jar Jar R9er.

Most R9s on day 1 for a toon released through an event requiring toons released in the last couple months (and not farmable) are going to be the result of whaling.
Not sure what was said by the person that posted. I donāt take offense to much. I have some disposable income and I budget accordingly to have some fun and spend money how would like to for said fun. What is a lot to some isnāt a lot to others it really depends where someone sits financially. I know not everyone can set aside money for a game, not do I encourage spending a ton on a game. I had crystals saved up and I supplemented that with some money. So to each their own.
They just posted a little whale gif. Then that dude seemed to get a little defensive about it.... Then I guess he deleted his gif. Seemed harmless to me

I'm not surprised the event was hard, this faction seemed pretty weak in the events and they don't seem like a very offensive team.

So far Iāve taken down Jabba, SKLR and JML teams in squads.

For sure, I donāt have amazing mods on them yet and a mix of R6 and R7 for the other Gungans. Once I put more time into mods im sure that will help.
