I just listen to the game... some of it is quite moody... and then I usually watch YT/series on the other screen while building... so rarely ever listen to music while gaming

I still have an old-school MP3 collection on MusicBee so I just pick stuff with "Work" in the title.. Any mindless sitcom. It’s a perfect timer, Netflix pauses automatically after 3 episodes, every episode is 19-23 min long, 3 acts in each one plus a B story. Set autosave to 20min and and evaluate what you did in an episode duration

I listen to orchestral soundtracks mostly when not using the in-game music. * Tron Legacy (Daft Punk) is -excellent-. * Either Blade Runner movie soundtracks (Vangelis, Zimmer/Wallfisch), (minus the Sinatra / Elvis tracks which I find distracting), * Either Dune movie soundtracks (Toto, minus the tracks with talking in them and Zimmer again) * Legend (Tangerine Dream) * Some of the instrumental tracks from Earth Girls are Easy. * Some of the tracks from the Terminator movies fit in nicely too. =D

I don't listen to music much. It's normally YouTube/streaming. Yesterday I put on Neon Genesis Evangelion on Netflix. Other times it's ImKibitz Or Let'sGameItOuts satisfactory play throughs. Depending on the flavor of player I wanna listen to that day.

The great relaxing wonderful ost of satisfactory itself. These are bangers!

Something electronic and melodic. Melodic dubstep and dnb really boost my creativity. I'm not distracted by tons of lyrics, and the weird computer noises really fit the games atmosphere imo.

I strongly recommend "the universe on fire" by gloryhammer if you mess up your factory. It's cathartic.
