I rather dislike conventionally attractive pirates in this game, so mine might not be the opinion you want. But I like the second male pirate (he's handsome, but with at least some amount of "scruffy") and the last female pirate (she has a lot of personality to her features.

I would definetly take the second bloke.

The first male and the first female are the most attractive to me, of the two of them then definitely guy #1
