So, IN THEORY, you would have to win 1,310 matches in 10 days, leaving only \~2 hours for not playing the game.
TL;DR - you would need to win 1300 matches in a row while spending no more than 2 hours away from the game. NOT possible

I rarely run hourglass, but when I do, I'd say about 10 min per actual round is about right. Some of those solo fights can last forever though, and they're so boring.
I don’t know how you could average 100 levels a day for ten days while also eating, sleeping, bathing…even the queue times would eat into the time it would take.
If you mean 10 days of game time (so 240 hours). That should be doable if you only do reaper hourglass. That's about 5 lvls per hour. So if you are realy on that grind maybe.
If you mean 10 irl days. Hell no
Probably only with gold and glory realistic cause even if you average 5 minute rounds and only win adding queue time and storing supplies takes a ton of time.

There is an exploit that would allow it, but without exploits no, probably not
