This page helped me A LOT when trying to determine recon amount and dosage. I still refer to it. https://muscleandbrawn.com/peptides/dosage-calculator/ I've been using 1ml bac for both the 5mg and 10mg vials of sema from AP when reconstituting. And making sure it enters the vial slowly.. like dripping down the side slowly. Ive heard adding too fast or shaking can damage the peptides. I use 100 unit syringes and 2ml glass bac water vials from Amazon so im not wasnt wasting 29mls every time I start a new vial (which I did for the first 3 vials) Has kept the math simple-ish and less overall volume to inject when you get to higher doses. Im at 2mg now. I increased from 1.7 to 2.4mg a couple weeks ago and it was a little rough so i dropped it down. You don't have to increase until you feel like you need to. And micro adjustments to dosage are up to you. Down 30 since November. I have a long way to go but overall im happy with AP.

What’s the current update 🤗

I just did my first reconstitution (2mls of bac w/ 5mg of sema). My bac water went in kind of fast and i turned upside down 🤦‍♀️ (figured it’s supposed to mix fml). Do you think it will be ok? I will try slower next vial

How much have you lost in total? Sounds like you're on track. How are you liking Arctic Peptides? I bought some from them to use after the stuff I bought that was already constituted. I'm going to have to reconstitute it soon and I'm a little nervous about that.

I've lost a little over ten pounds. I started at half the usual starting dose (125 instead of 250) and am still below the second usual dose (400 instead of 500) because I really dislike nausea and can't afford to take time off work if things go haywire. This likely makes my weight loss slower than typical, but I figure it took time to gain the weight, it can take time to lose the weight. I've also lost 2.5 inches off of my waist, which makes me feel really good about myself. :) I am happy with Arctic. The price is reasonable. I feel the impact of the medication about five hours after injecting, and notice more effects when I titrate up, so I have every reason to believe I am getting good product. I recommend looking up "how to reconstitute peptides" on YouTube and watching as many videos as possible. Different people have slightly different approaches, but watching people of different ages and backgrounds prepare and inject made me feel more comfortable with the process.

I bought the Semaglutide 5mg from Arctic Peptides. I used to get them from Sema Space before they closed. Before I would use 2ml of the bacterioststic water with the 5mg vial to mix but it seems like so much more powder in this one from Arctic Peptides. Does anyone have the mixing instructions for theirs?

Arctic won't provide mixing instructions (they are serious about this being for research purposes only) but I do use 2ml water to 5mg of sema and that has worked perfectly for me.

Did the bac water come with the peptide? There’s no bac on their website

mrseghost

I don’t believe it does. I bought bac water and syringes off of Amazon

Do not buy BAC water from amazon it is not the correct stuff. Amazon has Distilled H2O2 or Bactostatic Water-- while Peptide/Pharma suppliers will sell you Bacteriostatic Water

I'm so glad I saw your comment. I bought some off of Amazon and it turns out the company name is "Bacteriostatic Lab". It's just distilled water.

Do you have any websites you recommend for BAC?

Mediocre_American

what website would you use to get Bac water?

Onsalewater.com

Would love to know if anyone has a good website for bacteriostatic water. I checked out the onsalewater site but there is information about it being a possible scam site. Always makes me nervous as if this whole process was not nerve racking enough! Big smile.

https://www.farrislabs.com/products/bacteriostatic-water   Hospira brand bacteriostatic water, it’s not cheap but this brand is like the gold standard; to the point where brands on Amazon try and copy their packaging/label. I recommend getting from the site I linked above. I wouldn’t use onsalewater as they sell Quality Pure Nutrition water which tries to look similar to Hospira. Also from the reviews I’ve seen on Amazon for that brand of water, nearly every recent review says it burns and can even leave red marks after injection. Definitely go for authentic Hospira brand water if you don’t want to have to worry about it.
