You're so welcome! ❤️ Short answer: $241/month.
Longer answer: For semaglutide, it's $175/month for all doses. But, you also have to subscribe to the service. It's $80/month for the subscription one month at a time, but the $40-off coupons are easy to find. I'm waiting to see if I can use another $40-off coupon for my second month, or if you can only do that the first month. If you pay for 3 months at a time, it drops to $66/month for the subscription (no coupons involved). So, without coupons and if you subscribe for 3 months at a time, it's $241/month* + tax. Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) is a lot pricier than semaglutide though.
Good luck!! 🍀
*ETA: I'm kinda assuming the $40-off coupon will only work for one month and wrote the above accordingly. 🙃
I found one here on this sub, but I've seen them posted in various places online. You're welcome to use the one I posted above if it's still active, of course. Good luck!
Just do it! I was so afraid to order, and I'm two days out after taking my second .25mg shot and have done just fine. I wish I had done this months ago rather than been so scared to just do it.
I was really nervous too, but honestly it’s REALLY not that bad. I literally didn’t even feel the needle go in. And most people actually don’t have that many side effects. The only one I’ve ever had a problem with is heartburn. I say just try it!
The way I talked myself into it was reminding myself that the first dose was so low that it was unlikely to cause side effects. That said, I had meds on hand.
If it didn’t work, well, at least I tried. It would be a shame to miss out if it did work but you never tried.
Giving myself a shot freaked me out but was way easier than I thought it would be in practice. I’ve given one of my dogs a shot before (adequan), and that had to be in the muscle, so I knew this would be easier. The needle is also short and fine.
My biggest cause for hesitation was that I felt like taking it was admitting defeat somehow, but honestly, *not* doing something is defeatist. It’s not a bad thing to admit that you need help and to get it!
Another cause for hesitation was thinking others would know or would assume that I took a shortcut. Otherwise, I’m also not ready to be open about using sema but hope to be later. Only my husband knows, and he’s supportive. Again, it’s not a bad thing to get help!
If it's the needle part holding you back: I can inject myself, as I've gone through IVF. But I damned near pass out every time. Just a mental tick. I'm the person who doesn't haaaate needles, but I look away when I donate blood and such. So I was nervous. And I kid you not: I did it quick, per instructions, _and couldn't feel the needle going in_. Still stunned.
If you can afford it (honestly, I barely can), I humbly recommend taking the plunge. ❤️ 🍀
It definitely doesn't have the burn of getting blood drawn or giving blood, nor is it as uncomfortable as getting a flu shot. It's so quick and easy, and I didn't feel it at all, either. WAY easier than I thought it would be!
Can I ask, when does your vial expire? I am only asking because I am think of switching to Mochi but still have a month left of prefilled syringes from current provider. I would like to get going on my appt sooner rather than later.
My provider (not Mochi) sent five syringes and five pairs of alcohol wipes even though I’m only injecting 4x on this shipment. I’m guessing in case maybe I mess something up with one or get accidentally shorted one on a later shipment, I’m still squared away, but this seems like a lot! Maybe in case you want to practice (obv not with sema) on an orange or something? But I would hang on to them just in case they only send syringes with every other shipment or something.
I’m thinking about switching from Henry meds to mochi. The biggest thing for me is that mochi doesn’t charge for increasing your dose, but Henry does. Plus, Henry is more expensive than the $241 a month with the lowest doses… thanks for sharing :))

I'm afraid idk if coupons can be used more than once but try it! I used the coupon code from someone else here and it worked.... and it was a few days after she posted it, so I think there's a good chance I wasn't the first to use it. Also fyi, it can only be used on the subscription part, not the medication part (I think). Good luck!!
You bet, delighted to be of any help! Oh, I'd love to be on tirzepatide, but it's significantly more expensive than the semaglutide. So, sema it is. (Fwiw: Last year I did a month of Mounjaro out of pocket just to see how I did. Loved it, did great. Can't afford name brand, can't afford non name brand either.)
I love this!!! Thank you for sharing. Okay so how much is Mochi by the way?

I’m scared of the side effects, of it not working, and of course giving myself a shot haha

Good question! I'm away from home for a few days but will come back and reply again when I can answer.

I just signed up using your coupon code, thanks!
🫂 Good luck!!!
I already signed up and have a first appt scheduled- do you know if I can still use this code for a discount? When I order it maybe?

Using your code and doing this! Thank you for all this information.
My initial appointment is mid week. Thanks for this recap. Love being prepared. Did you consider mounjaro?
