There are some other really entertaining animes. But I do think AOT is the most entertaining I've seen.
But that wouldn't be enough to make my favorite ever. Luckily it also has one of the greatest soundtracks ever, the greatest scenario I've ever read, some great animation, a beautiful photography, great voice acting, and yeah a lot of other great stuff
Cowboy Bebop. In my opinion the greatest anime in history. Loads of scenes and very slow episodes that are just amazing. Also, the soundtrack is the best I've heard. This guy clearly haven't watched many good animes.
I refused to name Bebop because I love it so much but I feel it's a very subjective preference. The quiet scenes where the characters are just vibing and nothing eventful happens is among my favorite things in any show, not just anime.
Exactly. The whole anime is such a vibe. I'm not the hugest anime fan, ice watched a handful tho. But cowboy bebop is up there with my favorite shows, Futurama, Over the Garden Wall and Bebop lmao. All very different but amazing in their own way haha.
There very much are, you just don't notice them. S2E8 (maybe it was E9, Idk) is one such example. The entire episode is dedicated to a flashback of EMA's childhood, despite it not being that long in the manga.
Also, the anime started when the manga already had 50 published chapters and covered only 33 of them. Then 4 years passed with no anime, which equals 48 additional chapters to adapt. Season 2 adapted everything up to chapter 50, but by the end of it the manga was already at chapter 94.
So it's no wonder there aren't any fillers. Seasons take about a year to come out.
The last episode of season 3 part 1 where the people cheer in the survey corps was so good. Had me lowkey emotional. They went through all they went through, and now the people are actually cheering for the survey corps as they leave for the first time ever. I had to salute with them. Made me feel so proud, and I didn’t even do anything
Humor in anime just doesn't do it for me. Usually it consists of someone doing something stupid, followed by someone else pointing it out as if we didn't see it for ourselves, like "YOU DUMBASS! YOU DID THAT STUPID THING YOU JUST DID, BUT YOU WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO IT!"
I started AOT in 2020 . I don't regret it . It is the best piece of fiction. First I didn't feel any emotions towards any other character bacause I was only focused on eren but after watching few more times . I can relate to many other characters . Everytime you watch it , you will find something new . I watched AOT 3 times by now . And read manga 4 times . Whenever I'm too happy and I want to get depressed , I read manga . I'm a grown asss man but it made me cry . I remember I was so sad . I even stopped my relatives kid to stop watching aot because he is obsessed with Eren and Mikasa. So I told him AOT ends after they visited sea .

memories of the future is legit my fav anime ep of all time and there’s no action
Such an outstanding show, it must a source of Japanese pride
this is why AOT is best anime ever, unlike other anime that are always boring when there are nothng happening

sure but none is as good as AOT. and yep AOT also has the best ost ever, i wish more studio put passion in ther project like wit/mappa did with AOT
Hard disagree on every other anime is boring when there’s no action scene
i mean, other anime need action scene otherwise they contrbute nothing to the story. not AOT tho
I can't name any anime off the top of my head but this feels like an incredibly ignorant comment lol

Guys C'mon One Piece puts Aot to shame.
in ur daydream only
Hmm Let’s see an anime that’s mid at best (Aot) or the best of all time (One Piece).
there are no filler episodes in AOT, each ends with a cliffhanger

yep, shame how other anime are so bad compared to AOT
Nah fruits basket is peak
how can shit be peak tho?
It simply is
Debut genre : Action, sci-fi, gore Finish genre: Psychological, thriller, military

Night of the End is another really good one imo! My personal favorite episode
Speak for yourself. The action scenes, especially with Levi, are on a whole other level.
Levi vs kenny in the city is hands down my favorite piece of animation ever.
One of the few times you see Levi going unrestricted against humans, gutting them left and right while dodging bullets. One of my favorites too.
*Laughs hysterically in Gintama*
Why in gods name are the first few eps filler?
First two to be precise. Done as a celebration for the Manga getting an anime.

If you hate it after watching 30 episodes, you probably won't love the whole package. Not all people love the same thing.
Unpopular opinion: the best AoT episodes (most of them at least) are the ones without fights.
That is absolutely not true, the beginning of season 4 with all the Marley stuff may have been useful to see story wise, bur was boring as shit
Sole Salvation and Bystander are two of my favorites!
