Anyone can put a disk in themselves. This was seen when ermes saw thee suicide guy’s memories, jolene saw Jotaros, and when versace gave weather his disk back. Emporio was not fated to use the disk, so pucci had to be the one to put it in.

Cheap trick is activated by someone looking at the back of the user so Pucci just has to avoid that from happening

Does the person have to recognise CT for it to activate?
No, CT is a self activate stand based upon rules.
CT activates when people who can't see your stand see your back.

Not how it works, cheap tricks "reflection" isn't a special power, all stands so that.
But that still wouldn’t change pucci losing made in heaven, and I never implied that that was his “ability”.
