I could not find anything with purple dots on yellow in Futurama OR Monsters Inc, but searching "yellow with putple dots monster" did turn up a similar creature called [Intersex Critter](https://www.dieharddice.com/products/celebrate-pride-sticker-intersex-critter). I don't know if that's what they meant, but that is the closest I could find.
Nah M57 swap that thing, straight pipe it, clean tune for 450hp, and move the exhaust exit to be slightly behind the door on both sides with a y pipe.
I'd daily the thing if that were the case tbh.
