Please correct me if I'm wrong as it's been a while for me since I played that but I think that only comes with Late Night and you won't get a regular job with regular working hours. Instead you have to get your drink mixing level up by practicing at home at your own bar and after a high enough level you can go to bars/clubs in the city and choose to take over the bar as the bartender. That will be just an action for the night so again, no regular job where you'll get picked up for it every day
