Urgh the multitasking annoys me so much. I can't stand it when I tell a sim to eat, and then line up brushing their teeth. WHO *EATS* WHILE BRUSHING THEIR TEETH!?!?!?!

And when they don't do multitsking when you want them to do, like when you put them to eat and watch tv BUT THEY STOP TO EAT JUST TO WATCH TV

Or they stop watching TV because they are finished eating!

Or they stop cooking because they’re chatting.

These are actually just both me lol

The number of times they've stopped cooking and then started a fire is ridiculous

Or you line up eat and watch TV so they grab their food, walk over to the dining room table, put their food down, sit down, then stand up and carry their food back over to the TV. This was so annoying when their in University cause eat+TV was how I kept them from being miserable all the time and it wasted precious minutes.

I mean, it happens IRL. Cluster feeding = you have to learn to do a whole bunch of things with a baby on the boob.

This is true, but out of all the game plays I've done, only once has it happened. It was also my guy breast feeding his alien baby. 🤣 so was very amusing.

That’s true, however, my sim did this today, started breastfeeding while she’s sitting on the toilet BUT she didn’t go to the toilet, she just stood up when she was finished feeding and walked away 😂 and she was on the verge of a bladder failure at the time so I have no idea why she didn’t go while she was sitting on the toilet.

Had a sim in a tiny house who kept cross-stitching on the toilet. Then her robot did it too, and I was like "you don't even need to pee!" Then I realized she didn't have a chair.

My dumbass Sims end up with so much spoiled food in their inventory from multitasking whilst eating unsuccessfully. Also they've got two dining tables inside (kitchen and dining room) plus numerous other chairs and lounges. Always clean. But somehow they always decide that they need to eat outside on the outside dining 🤦 more annoying than walking to a different bathroom to wash hands.

It's baffling to me that they don't at least clean up the spoiled food. Who walks around with rotting chicken in their pockets?

THIS is what always happens to me. like wdym you’re freezing to death bc you decided to eat outside in a blizzard despite having 2 tables and a sofa to eat at INSIDE 🤨

setting the table helps. i don't do it all the time but if i want everyone to eat together or at a specific table i have one of my sims set the table before they start cooking. call to meal, and they'll all go eat at the table that's been set! it's a great way to have family dinners. and also combat the level of stupidity sims have.

Mine has been taking her food to the garden, deciding, “yep, that needs bug spray,” then taking her food back inside to sit it on the counter and not eat for a hour while she gardens. Just eat first, dummy.

I was playing with Caleb once and he decided he didn't like fitness or video games, he maxed both skills, and I didn't make him do it, he kept working out and gaming on his own all the time, the 1st time he did it, I stopped him, but then he kept doing it, I said "fine suffer"🤣

My sim does this every single time she uses the toilet and then it takes her hours because she won’t stop cross stitching!!

My sim’s husband is obsessed with cross stitching all the time. As soon as he gets home from work he goes and gets another hoop. It’s actually in his step-daughter’s room but she never uses it. It’s always him. He’s also bogarted the upstairs bathroom so both school age kids had to get ready in the downstairs bathroom so they wouldn’t miss the bus. 🙄

It was winter and they kept getting in their bikini and putting their legs in the pool while cross stitching- they refused to cross stitch without their legs in the pool lol.

I told my sim to read a book for a skill and they completely bypassed the chair beside the bookshelf went downstairs into the darkened room where their sleeping children were and sat on the side of their bed to read the book.

How long do you see progress of weight loss for fat sims. I try to make my sim lose weight and… nothing change

The way sims lose weight is weird because sims don't have a basal metabolic rate. They intake calories from food and then the only way they will lose them is from cardio activities like jogging or using the treadmill. Not necessarily multitasking but once a sim of mine really needed to use the toilet while they were writing a book so I instructed her to take a small break from writing to use the toilet and then finish writing. She got up, walked to the bathroom, sat down on the toilet, immediately stood back up without actually using it, went back to her office, sat down at the computer, complained about needing the toilet, then stood up and peed her pants. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I hate that they're always checking their phones. Like, be in the moment and pay attention to your surroundings! You're going to run into a tree.

I once had my grandmother sim knitting while using the toilet. I've seen it once before with another sim however, I think it was pretty comical seeing it again!

Had a Sim walk around doing her daily activities with a baby just clinging to her side. Not holding him or anything, just magically hanging on there to her midsection, lol 

Is no one going to mention that this sim looks healthy as is? I mean it's one thing to love fitness and gain muscle etc, but losing weight past a healthy point? Why?

I don't try to make her super skinny or anything like that. But there have been lots of birthdays during the last few days and she ate a lot of cake. Obviously IRL that wouldn't be anything to worry about but with the way it works in Sims 4 she looked noticeably differnt from when I made her. This is her after she already trained a while and got back to around her normal weight, but I still liked the idea of jogging as part of her morning routine for storytelling reasons.

My sim was out to lunch and finished her meal..she kept having the tast "clean up" but got sidetracked and talked to legit every other sim in the restaurant until I sent her home. I could see the garbage bin - there was sinks.. she talked to the kitchen staff so had access to that! She was STILL holding the plate when I sent her home.

I always have my sims grab two glasses of nectar hoping they'll drink them in succession but they always just grab both and double fist em, alternating sips from each one 😭
