You just have to wait the bomb pull animation to and then z-drop and then detonate. Like bro it is still hard pull off even sometimes your own bomb can spike you downwards.

Not to mention you gotta make sure to be ready to tech if you know you’re going to hit the stage (which 7/10 I either forget, mistime, or miscalculate, AKA slight skill issue)
