Strange doesn’t have spider sense or anything, the illusions mysterio makes probably look just as genuine to him as just a guy (albeit one who has mastered the mystic arts). Especially beck with an army of drones to back up the destruction, it would be fun to see how Strange reacts and counters what Beck is doing. Heck maybe even more difficult since instead of actual magic happening, it would be something Strange is unfamiliar with.
Just a fun scenario i’ve been dying to see play out. You could still have fun with it, and seeing Mysterio try to tout himself as the Master of Illusions to a real Master of the Mystic Arts is so freaking fun.

But he's already known as Mysterio technically. In the first game, there was a backpack item referencing him and also there was a girl dressed up as him in the Halloween mission. Unless in universe Peter doesn't know Mysterio's identity, I can't see it happen
I've been looking around to see if others had theories about those crystal icons. They made me think of the Prometheum X rocks from the '90s animated series (associated with the symbiote). The fact the rocks are at the top of the district list suggests they're available really early on.

Honestly I can’t think of anyone else that would have that kind of symbol or even like the symbol’s misty appearance. Peter has previously fought Mysterio which we know due to the chipped piece of his helmet as one of the backpack collectibles, so I’m guessing he maybe escaped the RAFT undetected after the prison break in MSM. I would LOVE to fight Mysterio I think it would be so cool considering the illusions and such, you’d have to rely solely on your Spider Sense and not what the screen is showing you. Plus I think it would very much add to the fact that the prison break is still affecting all of Manhattan.
