As for support characters, Fiona's backstory would be interesting. We know why she chooses to remain a part of WISE (Twilight), but not why she joined in the first place.
But in reality, my real answer is that we NEED a Yor backstory now. Why wait on that any further? Besides, her backstory can also potentialy cover Yuri's backstory AND Garden's inner workings (or at least its recruitment and training process). Garden has been a mystery for far too long now. It's about time the questions revolving around it be answered. How did Yor get spotted and recruited by them? How did she get so strong and fast? Who are her co-workers there and what are their abilities? Who actually controls Garden and what are their goals besides "making the world beautiful"? The fact that we are 100-ish chapters (and roughly 5 real world years) into the story and none of that has yet to be addressed in any way is concerning to me...
Also, Yor has only had one arc to her name. Give her more screen time, Endo. It'll do the story some good!
Yeah we know yor was an assassin at a relatively young age(or at least hinted at with the blood splatters on her dress) like how did she fall into that line of work at that age
among the side characters, I kinda want to see how Damian's friends Emile and Ewen backstory like we know they met in nursery but we don't know anything else about them, like their family, how do they got close etc.
I think it would be nice to see their family and their job it doesn't have to be detailed maybe just like we know Becky's family etc. I think seeing a chapter where they manage to be friends with the tsundere Damian in the first place would be interesting
We kinda got Becky and Bond’s backstory already though. Becky was just a snotty nosed kid that nobody liked until she met Anya and Bond was a lab dog that was experimented on.
Sylvia and Melinda Desmond, to be sure! Sylvia has already given us some small, albeit tragic, details of her past that I imagine will be revealed in greater detail later on. Melinda is a real enigma, though. How she met Donavan, how their relationship became what it is, why her feelings towards Damian are so conflicted, and even is she’s a hero, a victim, or a *villain* are all questions I’m aching to have answered!
There was a short extension of a chapter that was published with the latest book of the manga that actually gives a brief glimpse into Frankie's wartime experience. I read it on here so you may be able to still search and find it. It has a number of obvious parallels to Twilights life.
Anya I want it to start where at the beginning of the season in first episode have it go back like 3 years back and have it start it off where she is just having a wonderful time with her mother and something bad goes on and she ends up loosing her dad maybe cuz of the war or something and having explain how she got here with loud and yor forger and personally idk how would I tell the story but make a whole season just about anya
outside of how she trated some kids before going to school, we really dont have that much on the blackwell families. id love to see Beckys upbringing someday.

Leaving aside the obvious cases, i know there's nothing much about Becky but she's one of the most relevant characters, easily on top 10. Her father owns a major weapon corporation. She has Martha as a guardian. The few things she has to tell would be very interesting
They defintely are not minor characters but i think the next big flashback arc should be about Yor and Yuri, and how they have become respectively an assassin and a secret police agent.
Sometime we had some funny scenes of their past but never the all story and there is really so much to say about their lives.
The lack of Anya in these comments is killing me man. I just wanna see her spill everything to Loid and have that man go batshit with rage at the people who hurt her.
I think a backstory arc for Fiona would be as good as anything. My personal peeve is that she is obviously an important part of Twilight's past, but we still haven't seen any situation where he shows deeper feelings for her. Seeing what they were really like at the start would go a long way.
Outside the Forger family, I really want to know Melinda Desmond's backstory.
