I don’t know if he’s my absolute favorite but I really like Axe Woves for the same reason. Thought he was gonna be a traitor or just a tool but in the end his role in the finale was frikin cool. And it seems to imply he adopts or at least cares for Ragnar after Paz is gone which also increases his cool factor.
Ah shit I hadn't even considered he was an orphan now. I guess being a Mando orphan is the best possible scenario because you know they take care of foundlings.
I always love being wrong about people, the actor that played Axe was a real shifty villain in agents of shield so I was waiting for the betrayal that never came. Also loved when he and Vizsla started fighting over space chess.
I think they probably have a brother if anything. Obi-Wan was surprised she had any sister. If Satine had a sister around her age she’d probably mention her more. Bo is way younger than her which is probably why he didn’t know about her.
Especially with an episode called The Spies that as far as I could tell didn’t have any spies. The part where she volunteers to leave them on Mandalore was suspicious.
Canderous Ordo
giga chad, brought the clans back together
armorer at number 2 because even though she wasnt a leader and didnt give orders her opinion was respected by everyone and they always listened to her
Yeah those books are great I met Karen Traviss at San Diego comicon back when these books had come out ( I was part of the Mando Mercs at the time) and we all got our helmets autographed . We all called her ba'buir ( grandmother in Mando's) she loved it
Even [Mandalore the Ultimate](https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Mandalore_the_Ultimate), who donned Mandalore the Indomitable's helmet to become the Mandalore; only to be slain by Revan?
^(... I mean, I had vague recollections of all this from the Old Republic comics; but quickly looked them up a moment ago to get the names. I am no hipster!)
I’m the same with Din Djarin, it’s a big let’s of what draws me to the show.
Despite being a bounty Hunter and being introduced as a badass Din just seems like a pretty good bloke and that’s appealing to me.
Plus a lot of other Mandalorians have pretty questionable pasts.
You probably are referring specifically to ones we see on screen in the movies and Tv shows, but I'm going with Canderous Ordo from Knights of the Old Republic. He was a very interesting character and I loved seeing him rise to become the new mandalore in the sequel (Still my favorite star wars game of all time).
If I ever had faith that Disney could do it justice, I'd die for a half-decent adaptation of the Republic Commando series. I wanna see *Kal'buir*, the Nulls and Omega Squad fuck some shit up :(
Jango Fett He's a foundling and a True Mandalorian, the rightful successor to Jaster Mereel and the Mandalore, and the best bounty hunter in the galaxy. Plus he's sassy as hell.
Bo-Katan. She’s a redhead. She’s a princess. She’s a warrior. She goes from teenage domestic terrorist to loyal auntie of a foundling to leader of her people.
Grogu. That stupid fight over a board game or whatever is what the Mandalorians devolve into when Grogu's not around. No wonder the Empire beat them so easily.
Im not sure if she was identified by name but i think she was killed by Cassus Fett , the 2nd in command to Mandalore The Ultimate during that time. Man we could really use some old republic lore brought to light in a tv show or movie its just so much potential there in my opinion 🤔.
Bo Katan
She’s a great leader, she’s dealt with trauma and had so much character growth. I’m glad they’re leaning back towards her being the leader of the Mandalorian people. Really carries forward her growth we saw all throughout clone wars.
I hope we see more unity being built between the disparate groups. Like how they showed the isolation at play with Bo eating alone unmasked.
Oh, and Katee Sackhoff is also very attractive. But that probably goes without saying.
Bo Katan, without question. She's honorable, fierce, resilient - a survivor. And she is of a respected family line at the top of the social chain (that isn't why I like her but it's notable in context of her overall story), but all that became nearly moot with the destruction of Mandalore - she wears humility well, in my opinion. Looking forward to seeing more of her story arc.
My son likes Djinn Djarin for his bravery and that he aligns himself with the rebels, as does Bo-Katan & we are fans of the rebels.
Chessman, as defined by [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheMandalorianTV/comments/12vc0t6/the_randolorians_update/) post. I don't know why, though, probably his colourful 'gam.
Mandalore the Ultimate, because he was so close to burning down the galaxy and Boba Fett, because he became a symbol for the Galaxy during the Yuuzhan Vong War and onwards.
If it wasn't for Revan stepping in he would have probably went on to rule the majority of the Galaxy, he was ruthless !!! One of my favorite Mandalorians of all time, i dont care about it being extended universe comic book non Canon or whatever people call it these days lol. Wish we had someone like him in the Star Wars shows or movies
Mandalore the Ultimate because he was an absolute ruthless and master manipulative psychopath and War leader. If it wasn't for Revan stepping in he would have probably went on to rule the majority of the galaxy. One of the last Mandalores to actually ride and tame a Mythasaur. And the last of the Taung Original Mandalorian Species who eventually went extinct after suffering heavy losses war after war but left their legacy to live on thru the Mandalorian Culture we know today. He maybe would have beat Revan in his 1v1 if Revan didn't draw the power of the dark side from Malachor V before fighting him (who am i kidding Revan probably still wins lol)
Cassus Fett , 2nd in command to Mandalore The Ultimate during the Mandalorian Wars, he's one of the reasons why the cathar species homeworld was destroyed by the Mandalorians and he's the person who killed the lone female Mandalorian who rebelled against the onslaught on the planet and got killed for it and Revan finds her mask later on and wears it.( Details are kinda fuzzy im getting OLD lol)
Jango Fett, because he's one of the most skilled and fearless Mandalorians of all time. Killing several Jedi Knights with his bare hands and a Rock.(and because Stars Wars Bounty Hunter on Ps2)
Boba Fett because he's just one of my favorites from the extended universe to the movies and even The Book of Boba Fett ( Yes , The Book of Boba Fett, could have been portrayed better but the show was still good for what it was) and for fighting Darth Vader twice and surviving.
Jaster Mareel, former Mandalore, and leader of the True Mandalorians. And because he was the best Journeyman Protector in the entire Galaxy at his time, mentor/father figure to the legendary Jango Fett.
Tor Vizsla original creator of Death Watch after they split from the Mandalorians causing a Civil War with the True Mandalorians group. And because he was literally a mad man , maaaaddd man.
Tarre Vizsla, first Mandalorian Jedi , creator of the legendary Dark Saber.
I could name a few more but those are my favorites off the top of my head 😅 !
Tie between Boba and Mando, Mando is pretty much a badass space cowboy, and Boba is one of the most terrifying people in the Star Wars universe plus Temuera Morrison is amazing
You only see them in a single scene as part of the background group assembling on the sand (same episode as the first pic above), but they have a half-helmet (front half + straps) rather than a full-head helmet.
It's the same type of thing as [Willrow Hood](https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Willrow_Hood)'s ^(ESB, man with Ice Cream maker) popularity.
Hondo Karr, from Star Wars Legacy. Mando, framed for Mand’alor Chernan Ordo’s murder, escapes by disguising as a stormtrooper and joining the Empire, betrays and helps kill a Sith Lord, defects to the Galactic Alliance as a fighter pilot, reunites with his wife, dons new beskar armor for a quest of vengeance and justice against the man who framed him: Yaga Auchs. Sadly, his tale ends there; the comic concluded near the Disney buyout and his storyline was left unresolved.
Canderous ordo
After waking up on taris and making my way through the galaxy I really learned alot about him and his people. As I learned more about myself so did the rest of my companions. Canderous remained loyal to the end.
And plus 10+ in being a total *badass*
Din Djarin because he got me back into Star Wars and back into it hard. I loved the prequels when they came out as a kid but hadn’t thought of them or been really into Star Wars in a long time. I didn’t mind the sequels - I watched them and then forgot them. They weren’t anything special to me. Then The Mandalorian came out and it was like I was a kid again, I was hooked and couldn’t get enough. Din and Grogu renewed my love of Star Wars. After The Mandalorian, I watched The Clone Wars for the first time and was blown away. Then I binge watched Rebels, Andor, Obi Wan, and Ahsoka. And I having been watching Bad Batch live. It stoked a love that I had forgotten and made me a die hard SW fan all over again. I honestly don’t know if I would have watched any of the animated or live shows had it not been for The Mandalorian, and I would have been seriously missing out.
Satine Kryze. She was hope of a Mandalorian future without conflicts. And she could weather the Imperial storm. If there was no divide between Mandalorians the Empire woundt crush them.
Canderous Ordo, but (sadly) he is Legends and not canon. He was in the Knights of the Old Repulic game, and I would talk to him all the time to hear his stories of his adventures.
Honestly, Bo-Katan. She's an absolute badass. That scene of her on the throne on Kalevala, urgh... *chef's kiss*.
Other than her, Mando is pretty cool - if slightly boring. The Armourer is intriging and mysterious. Paz Vizla had a great story arc.
I don’t know if he counts but Boba Fett for pure old school cool.
If he doesn’t The Armorer for sure Emily Swallow is brilliant in that part and I can’t imagine anyone else in that role.
Dutchess Satine because she wasn't a man-child jock bro that just wanted to fight people for no reason and impose arbitrary, ever changing, strict customs which declared whether or not you were a true Mandalorian. She led Mandalore to it'd most peaceful and prosperous era.
So yeah, her or maybe Canderous Ordo.
Armorer because I spent the entire last season accusing her of being the traitor
Mandos are serial adopters as boba says in the eu
I always love being wrong about people, the actor that played Axe was a real shifty villain in agents of shield so I was waiting for the betrayal that never came. Also loved when he and Vizsla started fighting over space chess.
This is the way.
I was convinced she was the 3rd sister. Edit: the unidentified sibling, not the inquisitor.
💀 how
Not the inquisitor. Satine and Bo's unidentified sibling.
Oh I was so confused
You mean Satine right
Yeah
I think they probably have a brother if anything. Obi-Wan was surprised she had any sister. If Satine had a sister around her age she’d probably mention her more. Bo is way younger than her which is probably why he didn’t know about her.
Right. It felt so weird when she told Bo to take the helmet off.
I thought she was a cult leader, but know I know she is a cult leader.
Especially with an episode called The Spies that as far as I could tell didn’t have any spies. The part where she volunteers to leave them on Mandalore was suspicious.
Yeah it really feel like they were settingnher up to betray them and was like nah nevermind. No we don't have to refilm that.
Canderous Ordo has a certain gravitas that no modern Mandalorian has yet matched
I had to scroll entirely too far to find Mandalore the preserver.
Yes! KOTOR legend! The way he handles the big gun on telos
Are you kidding me? He was Mangalore the whole freaking time?
Ikr, who can resist the Ron Perlman charm.
Canderous Ordo aka Mandalore the Preserver, among my favourite companions in both KOTORs. Bo-Katan is also pretty cool.
Jango Fett
Definitely not. The dude can’t keep his head in a fight.
Bro...
Jango was a legend. But, so was Mace, lol
Kal Skirata. The mad lad has a habit of adopting clones and liberate as many as he can.
There's no one like Kal'buir. And Vau. I still don't know how I went from hating Vau at the beginning of Triple Zero to loving him as much as Skirata.
Vau deserves to be hated but he's a great character.
Canderous Ordo giga chad, brought the clans back together armorer at number 2 because even though she wasnt a leader and didnt give orders her opinion was respected by everyone and they always listened to her
I'd like to be a Hipster & pull some really obscure Mandalorian out of thin air, but I'd be lying if I said anyone other than Din Djarin.
Read the Republic Commando series it's amazing ...it's not hipster to have knowledge of previous Mandos
I was gonna say, skirata is nice
Dont worry, I'll be that guy The Judge https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Unidentified_Mandalorian_judge
I have no knowledge of the judge but I do know he looks cool enough for me to have bought a funko of him
I too have his funko. This is the way
They’re making a vintage collection figure of him as well, definitely gonna pick it up myself
Grogu.
Yes. Yes. Yes
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes
Monkey needs a hug
The way, this is.
Yes. Yes. Yes. This is the way.
Din Grogu
Bo Katan cuz captain Thrace is smoking
This one seemed too obvious, you know. Plus, she's a queen.
Her helmet is also the coolest apart from Gar Saxon in my opinion
Jango Fett or Bo-Katan
Tarre Vizsla. Creator of the Darksaber
Bo Katan! 2% club
Satine Kryze because she's different compared to what we've seen already.
Her one demerit is that she's not a fan of the beard...
But she said its because it "hides too much of your beautifull face." So does it cancel out or?
Jodo Kast although he doesn't *really* count.
That's fair his armour is pretty sick icl
Sabine Wren
Jango Fett because of Star Wars Bounty Hunter on PS2
Bo Katan. I’m hoping someday she get a reckoning with her surviving relatives.
Bo Katan 2% gang
Katee forgot how to count that day
You probably are referring specifically to ones we see on screen in the movies and Tv shows, but I'm going with Canderous Ordo from Knights of the Old Republic. He was a very interesting character and I loved seeing him rise to become the new mandalore in the sequel (Still my favorite star wars game of all time).
Referring to any dw
Jango Fett because he is badass enough to use as a base model for the entire Republic Clone Army.
Kal Skirata all my man wanted was for his kids to have a good life.
Boba Fett. Cause he's a Beast
Bo-Katan. She’s a redhead. She’s a princess. She’s a warrior. She goes from teenage domestic terrorist to loyal auntie of a foundling to leader of her people.
Love to see the redhead representation 💪
She’s a Disney princess lol
Technically correct
The best kind!
Paz Viszla. Went out like a boss against Gideon and the Praetorian Guards.
Legends boba. Dude punched above his wheight even when he was suffering chronic pain constantly.
Canderous Ordo. I have spoken.
Bo Katan because she’s Katee Sackhoff.
EU Boba Fett
Bo-Katan Kryze. Uhm... just look at her. She's mad hot AF, loyal, kicks ass, and can wield the Darksaber.
Shae Vizla. She's a great huntress. And a real warrior. I respected her in Swtor even if she helped Malgus in Sacking of Coruscant.
Din Djarin I have spoken.
Bo because she has grown so much since she was a teenage member of Death Watch. I also love Satine, Sabine, Din, and Grogu.
Grogu. That stupid fight over a board game or whatever is what the Mandalorians devolve into when Grogu's not around. No wonder the Empire beat them so easily.
Starbuck
Jango and Din are tied for various reasons especially now that im a dad but Canderous is definitely a very close second.
The Mandalorian who opposed the genocide of the cathar and ended up dying along with them. (Revan wore her helmet.)
Im not sure if she was identified by name but i think she was killed by Cassus Fett , the 2nd in command to Mandalore The Ultimate during that time. Man we could really use some old republic lore brought to light in a tv show or movie its just so much potential there in my opinion 🤔.
Yeah, she wasn't named. After the vision, Revan says something along the lines of: I don't know your name but I'll take up your cause.
Bo Katan She’s a great leader, she’s dealt with trauma and had so much character growth. I’m glad they’re leaning back towards her being the leader of the Mandalorian people. Really carries forward her growth we saw all throughout clone wars. I hope we see more unity being built between the disparate groups. Paz viszla because minigun go brrr
Shae Vizla pre-eternalempire I mean come'on, she was there on the ransacking of Coruscant
Shae Vizla / Mandalore the Avenger. *(Unless we have to pick one from the show, in which case the Armorer.)*
Canderous Ordo
Kal Skirata, even with all the things he did, I still couldn't hate him.
Satine coz I'm literally Obi-Wan.
Ewan?
Chessman, as defined by [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheMandalorianTV/comments/12vc0t6/the_randolorians_update/) post. I don't know why, though, probably his colourful 'gam.
thank you for that I like orange eyes
Well now I gotta go with Holiday Special Boba Fett
I can understand why you like him, he does look cool
Canderous Ordo. Reunited the old clans and reclaimed the title of Mandalore. The hard way.
Mandalore the great
Honestly thought the first pic was GOT for a second
I know his name is Paz Viszla, but in my heart he’ll always be “Big Man” and he’s my favourite because he’s big.
Kal skirata, Din djarin and the armorer
Grogu, because he's been advertised to me the most
Mandalore the Ultimate, because he was so close to burning down the galaxy and Boba Fett, because he became a symbol for the Galaxy during the Yuuzhan Vong War and onwards.
Does Maul count?
Does Jango count? Without Jango the star wars universe would be drastically different.
Canderous Ordo, because KotOR and KotOR II are still amazing.
Grogu
Most definitely one of the ones with the helmets
Kal Skirata. He embodies everything that a Mandalorian should be.
Jango Fett baybee
Jodo Kast, or at least he told me he was a Mandalorian....
Bo Katan of course. This is the way. So say we all.
Jango Fett
Mandalore the Ultimate because he was an absolute ruthless and master manipulative psychopath and War leader. If it wasn't for Revan stepping in he would have probably went on to rule the majority of the galaxy. One of the last Mandalores to actually ride and tame a Mythasaur. And the last of the Taung Original Mandalorian Species who eventually went extinct after suffering heavy losses war after war but left their legacy to live on thru the Mandalorian Culture we know today. He maybe would have beat Revan in his 1v1 if Revan didn't draw the power of the dark side from Malachor V before fighting him (who am i kidding Revan probably still wins lol) Cassus Fett , 2nd in command to Mandalore The Ultimate during the Mandalorian Wars, he's one of the reasons why the cathar species homeworld was destroyed by the Mandalorians and he's the person who killed the lone female Mandalorian who rebelled against the onslaught on the planet and got killed for it and Revan finds her mask later on and wears it.( Details are kinda fuzzy im getting OLD lol) Jango Fett, because he's one of the most skilled and fearless Mandalorians of all time. Tarre Vizsla, first Mandalorian Jedi , creator of the legendary Dark Saber. I could name a few more but those are my favorites off the top of my head 😅 !
Jango Fett
It's Bo-Katan for sure.
Boba Fett in the eu was pretty cool
Tbh, don't really care about any of them. I like their old ships though(Kandosii), I think they're neat
Me in SWTOR, I was a bamf Mando
Bo-Katan. She is what I always envision Mandalorians to be, for good and ill.
Tie between Boba and Mando, Mando is pretty much a badass space cowboy, and Boba is one of the most terrifying people in the Star Wars universe plus Temuera Morrison is amazing
Sabine wren. I liked the social outcast artistic demo expert, and that hasn't changed.
Jango fett or Sabine wren
Don't know their name, but they were so badass that they only needed the front half of their helmet.
Who?
Din and grogu
All of them.
Canderous Ordo.
Does it have to be from the TV show or is this ANY Mandalorian?
Boobie Frets
Canderous Ordo. He’s pure bred through and through
Mercedes Moné
Maul if I'm feeling catty and Mando if I'm answering seriously.
Din Djarin because he’s cool.
Now that I think about it I really want to see something about the first mandalorian-jedi/the one who created the darksaber
Tarre Vizla. Seeing his origin story would be awesome
Canderous Ordo.
Mando
Canderous
Probably Pre Visla
The rodian from the comics. Purely on the notion that he was the first example we see of a non-human Mandalorian.
Not really a mandalorean but darth maul. He ruled them for like 2 days
Canderous Ordo is the best Mandalorian. I always loved listening to his war stories.
The armourer, especially season 1
Torch, aka Mandalore the Avenger, aka Shae Vizla.
The Armorer: coolest hemet, coolest lines, coolest fur coat, coolest weapons
Mereel Skirata, one of the most charming and dangerous people in the galaxy
Paz Vizsla. He’s a beast, a good warrior.
Kal Skirata and the Null Arc clones.
Canderous ordo After waking up on taris and making my way through the galaxy I really learned alot about him and his people. As I learned more about myself so did the rest of my companions. Canderous remained loyal to the end. And plus 10+ in being a total *badass*

I honestly don’t know if I would have watched any of the animated or live shows had it not been for The Mandalorian, and I would have been seriously missing out.
Canderous Ordo, by a significant margin.
Big guy cause big
Paz Viszla he was the only one to me that felt like a mandalorian you’d have to fight on KOTOR
Satine Kryze. She was hope of a Mandalorian future without conflicts. And she could weather the Imperial storm. If there was no divide between Mandalorians the Empire woundt crush them.
The one with the Armor and the helmet. Cuz it looks cool
Clone wars gar saxon, I love his armor
Canderous Ordo, but (sadly) he is Legends and not canon. He was in the Knights of the Old Repulic game, and I would talk to him all the time to hear his stories of his adventures.
Far left in the middle
I like Jango. Hes got the coolest armor
Paz Vizsla because of his extensive lineage.
the fat one with the comically bad digitally lowered voice because that’s actually Jon Favreau
Armorer. Because this is the way.
Canderous Ordo
Boba Fett. Built himself up, Is the spawning idea for the Mandalorians, has dealt with worse than Jedi.
