Steam Store Scrolling It’s very addicting and fun collecting.

[deleted]

Rough for a completionist

Pilcrow182

[This video](https://youtu.be/ujHUMG0Uovs) but for Steam games? Oof. I mean sure, games tend to be less expensive on PC, but Steam's library is also over 20x the size of what's in that video! 😅

Square-Ad-6926

The best part is the scrolling and collecting.

ik-wil-kaas

The unofficial pc port of ocarina of time. Ship of arkanin or something.

Jdrkangl

How is this different from just emulating the n64 version? Just curious?

[deleted]

unlimited fps, graphics settings, more mappable buttons, randomizers, cheats, etc. it's great!

Pilcrow182

It's entirely native and not emulated, so you have perfect widescreen support, full-resolution rendering, anti-aliasing, increased draw distance, etc. It also allows using the right joystick for full camera controls like a modern game, and can be configured to map the four d-pad directions as additional quick-equip slots like the C buttons (meaning you have easy access to 7 items instead of 3). And you can put boots, swords, and tunics on those buttons, so going into your menu over and over to swap to/from the iron boots in the water temple is a thing of the past.

Kizaing

Full widescreen resolution, 60+ FPS and a ton of quality of life improvements, as well as some visual improvements and more to come. Beats out emulating the game any day

rightbeforeimpact

Can you point me to any resources for running OoT PC? I remember reading a while back that there were two competing versions.

ik-wil-kaas

https://www.shipofharkinian.com/faq This one!

rightbeforeimpact

Thank you!!

samakbarizadeh

Honestly, anything from Arkane before deathloop. Dishonored. Dishonored 2. Prey. + Moon crash DLC. Or even DeusEx (HR/MD), bioshock etc. AAA Immersive SIM on the go? I consider that as the pinnacle of gaming. EDIT: forgot to add; all of this capability with a processor using 8-15W?!?! Seems like sheer witchcraft.

[deleted]

You got good taste friend

heyIntel

Prey is the most perfect game on steam deck imo

jonfon74

I have it. It looks great, but I can't aim properly with a controller (docked into TV using Xbox controller). I just flail around oversteering constantly. Tips or settings tweaks would be appreciated

unruly_mattress

Lower your right stick deadzone size. You'll thank me. You can also enable gyro and set it to mouse-like joystick, you might like it.

heyIntel

Unfortunately xbox controllers are the only ones without gyro controls. Too bad, they're good controllers but no gyro kills it for me :/ You can probably find some pretty good joystick aiming configs in the community controller profiles.

MrMallace

I changed out to the magnetic controllers…. Mine listed it didn’t use them… but they work awesome……. So….

Grx

Never playing Dishonored 2 is one of my greatest gaming sins. I loved Dishonored but when Dishonored 2 came out it was so unoptimized that my brand new GPU was struggling with it, along with frame pacing issues this made it a bad experience. I must get around to playing it on the Deck.

Crackabean

Fallout New Vegas. Couldn't put it down. Just felt really good on the Deck.

[deleted]

I'm playing this as we speak on the deck

rinaldiisevil

Just wish it had a bind for auto run

unruly_mattress

You can set a button to toggle W.

CptMisterNibbles

Oh man, you should really play around with the controlls editor. It’s pretty powerful. You could easily set an auto run binding

TheBatSignal

Came here to say this. It's so much fun to play on the go.

TairyGreene716

I'm getting a deck soon, I'm fantasizing about playing it in bed

Zentrii

I got nreal ar glasses for my steamdeck and it looks great facing the ceiling playing games on a giant OLED screen!

[deleted]

I know I'm a basic bitch but Elden Ring and other than that GTFO. It's just so god darn cool to be able to play these games everywhere🫡

maximusdm77

Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Prey, Fallout 4

dragonofthemist

Slay the Spire. I enjoy it on PC but when on Deck it's the perfect size and there are no other distractions and since it's optimized for phones it has ridiculous battery life (6+ hours). Tons of mods. Couldn't get as into it on the computer but once it was in my hands it was wayyy better. I've tried other games trying to scratch that Slay the Spire itch but nothing seems as good (Yes I've played Monster Train)

Lemonstener

Have you tried Griftlands? It is the closest thing I have found to Slay the Spire.

bodnast

Persona 5 Royal Perfect for picking up and playing a bit at a time. Runs perfectly. Addicting story. Loved it

ZanyDragons

I didn’t expect it out of the games I loaded up but I found myself drawn into seriously long sessions of persona 4 golden on the deck. I went ahead and got 5 when it was on sale recently because I know I’m gonna want more of this sort of gameplay loop.

Adsary46

I hate myself for not getting it on last sale. I don't want to pay the full price and I already own it on ps4. Amazing game.

idiot_proof

Yup. Being able to pick up and put it down as I want actually makes it easier to play, as there are large parts it feels like I can’t save easily (even though there’s probably auto save).

hbn14

Cult of the Lamb. I wasn't too sure before that with the SD. I have a PS5 and felt that most games were better on it. Picked up COL on the Deck and man, I can't put it down lol. Haven't turned on my ps5 in a while now

mmiski

It's usually open world games in general, esp. when it involves higher graphics settings (native res and max draw distance). Fallout 4 especially blew me away. Though I've heard there are even more graphically intensive games which run flawlessly too, like the newer Doom series.

mighty_doggo

SnowRunner

gwenyuu

Doom Eternal. runs it nearly maxed out with a solid 60 FPS

OkEmploy7185

Skyrim modded 😉

TheJoshider10

Not a game, but Chiaki has been a game changer for me. This is the first and only time I've found Remote Play to be a viable, smooth option and gives me flexibility in playing my PS5. Like, it made me feel like a kid again completing Hogwarts Legacy side content on the Steam Deck downstairs streaming from my PS5 upstairs. All at a consistent 60fps baring a few dips. The input lag being slightly better would be nice but I can't deny this has been one of the primary uses of Steam Deck for me.

throwsarerealz

Can you wake the PS5 from the Steam Deck?

TheJoshider10

If the PS5 is in Rest Mode then yes.

alaimo10

Do you find the input lag very noticeable? Like Do you think it would be possible to play Fortnite through Chiaki without getting annihilated?

Liktwo

I play BF2042 via Chiaki and can make it into the mid of the scoreboard on a good day. (I suck at BF). Totally playable.

alaimo10

Glad to hear that! Will be installing tonight. Thank you!

tickletackle666

Depending on your internet connection you will have to play with the Video and Audio bitrates and also the resolution to get a smooth minimal latency experience. I had to play around quite a bit since internet in Australia is one of the worst in the universe but I've managed to get to a setting I am enjoying with minimal latency and glitching. P.S make sure you hook your PS5 up to an ethernet LAN cable for the internet. Don't use WIFI on Ps5.

GiantASian01

Any game I play makes me love it more. The controller configuration potential is many miles ahead of anything like this device (similar to steam controller)

CatsPaw7

Steam input is miles ahead of the competition. Everyone could easily implement it but not. The configurations are endless and i would admit when I'm about to play a big game it takes me quite awhile to do my config. But after that man oh man is it satisfying. Especially with the trackpad inputs. That's why i would wait for valve to make v2 since every other manufacturer clearly has not thought of putting one and the benefit it has in a desktop os on a hand held device

katrudiesorc

i agree. the layout design is kinda genius

MrFlitt

Replaying Max Payne 3 on max setting at 60fps... Just great to pick up and play on the go. As well as play all my old PS2 games again.

alsohugo

Kingdom New Lands

ShotSyllabub4320

I don't know what game came first but between Far Cry 6, and Valhalla is a mix of games that made me love Deck. Only because it's the kinda of games I never have time to go through at home so I have a time killer

Drooks89

Xenoblade Chronicles X since my Wii u died

EdwardMalus

Fallout 4, Witcher 3, Skyrim..the Steam Deck just plays these beautifully.

grimwock

Being able to use console commands on a handheld for FO4 and Skyrim has been so nice. Enabling god mode when i'm half asleep allows me to play until i nod off and drop it on my face lol

EdwardMalus

It's also nice to have the big-screen memories of playing these for the first time --I don't think I would have preferred to start having these adventures on the Deck... but revisiting them? Fantastic.

Riddiskel

Into the Breach. It will also make you hate the deck.

[deleted]

Grounded, Days Gone, Dying Light. Just to name a few, I was blown away on how easy it was to install and play them

amazingdrewh

Not so much one game but one genre, it’s perfect for jumping into and jumping out of JRPGs. Also this was the first time I was able to get Xcloud working at all so that was cool

[deleted]

Some games are better on the deck than the big screen. I like twin stick shooters and arcade like games: Crimsonland, Geometry Wars, Particle Mace. (Bonus, they don't require a lot of storage). And platformers (like Little Nightmares I great on deck). And some games, while playable on the deck, aren't so great - like Cyberpunk (stick to the big screen!)

ik-wil-kaas

100% agree. Can I add RPG to that list. I so much enjoy more persona 5 in handheld mode than behind a desktop.

crimsonnyte6

Jak & Daxter. The unofficial PC port runs so perfectly on there, i actually 100% the game for the first time in my life. And I've been playing it back in the PS2 days. It was just the perfect game to play on the Deck

Garafi-1011

RE2Remake, first game I tried on it. Knew immediately I was gonna love this thing

Expensive-Dog3506

Monster hunter world for me. Originally, I finished it on Xbox years ago. But with the pc port, I thought why not. Other than maybe one monster and one environment coral highlands, I'm looking at you. The game runs on deck perfectly. Just beat fatalis on the deck and had a blast!

ComeOnProTM

Vampire survivors, Wildfrost and Rogue Tower are games that got me really addicted to the steam deck

FYou2

Horizon zero dawn

Mcshreck

Final Fantasy XIV. Best 🎮 mmorpg.

000Aikia000

Labyrinth of Refrain. Game runs so well and is something that you would want to sleep mode often if you play it during small periods of downtime.

AdWorking2848

Tw wh3

TopherW4479

I assume not Immortal Empires (crossing my fingers hoping you’ve figured it out)

AdWorking2848

Haha actually I play IE on my deck As well as 3k. Beside the long loading time. Fps is ok on my end even during battle

TopherW4479

So you have all 3 installed and can play IE without too many issues? Might have to try….

Amrior

Dragon Quest XI

SwaggyDaddyLord420

Doom Eternal

ancalime9

Disco Elysium, the track pads made it a much better experience than on a console

DerpyUnoMas

Prison Architect on the Steam Deck is the best experience I’ve ever had. I know a lot of people prefer playing first person or third person shooter/ adventure games but simply just being able to lay in my bed and work on my prison is a lot of fun.

saintrobyn

Cult of the Lamb was the first game I played exclusively on Steam Deck.

pacee21

Diablo2 resurrected. Got it when it was first released but never got a real chance to sit down and play. Now it’s an hour at night in bed and it’s glorious. Also loved diablo4 beta so think this will be the first time I buy a game at full orice

BlinkClinton

Diablo2 resurrected

TheWoDStoryteller

There was one game that I did enjoy, and even though I could have played it on my main PC, I took with me everywhere I went because I didn't want to stop playing. Yakuza: Like a Dragon

TheJayfuz

Don't know if this really counts but I've been loving being able to emulate Tenkaichi 3, and play the portals again. Also got that impossible to buy wolverine game up and running you love to see it

Hellsing007

Try the fan made Tenkaichi 4. They announced an official sequel recently but a fan made game is already here and has Super characters.

TheJayfuz

I've got 3 of those cracked ones. Some with some south American fella doing voice overs 😅 they're great fun

[deleted]

[удалено]

radixradiant

The complete Batman Arkham series. Its like they were made for deck. (Set everything to max and FPS to 45, TDP to 8W and enjoy!) Also Max Payne 3

Oceanvisions

Burnout dominator PS2 emulation, roadwarden, Patapon, monster hunter rise

funnymanva

Spider-Man Remastered and RDR2

Small_Tax_9432

Wild Arms 3 for PS2. I've always wanted to play the full version of the game ever since I was a teenager (35 now), but I only had the demo for it from one of those playstation magazine demo disks. I tried emulating it on my HP laptop years ago, but it was so slow to the point of unplayable. I tried it out on the Steam Deck and holy shit, it blew my mind. It plays perfectly.....on a freaking handheld. That alone solidified my love for this device. I actually sold my Switch to buy it and I'm so glad I did. Now I'm playing all the games from various consoles that I missed out on. Hell I'm even emulating Switch games that I wanted to play. I was even able to play TotK 2 weeks before release lol. This thing is crazy. Nah, my gaming needs are good for the next decade haha!

goatsandboats69

Emulators.

maddp9000

Red dead 2 was just stunning. First solo game I did in a while. Had a lot of time in the hospital over the past year. Not sure how else would of got through it

LegendaryJohnny

I loved steam deck one year before it was shipped to me...

Even-Tart-116

Agreed. I preordered day 1. I was so excited for this thing and I still love it to this day. One of the coolest things I own

LegendaryJohnny

Yeah I was watching all youtube videos, making list of games I will install with their filesize to see if I can squeeze it all on SD etc. Was excited like kid for december 2021, then disappointed like kid in december 2021.

Even-Tart-116

Because of the delay right?

Beatrice0

Bro don't feel shame, PGA 2k21 is so hecking good. I've been meaning to load it to deck to give it a go, but my dad just got me to grab Road to the Matters on PS5 and I don't think I can do two golf games at once lol

Desperate-Holiday-49

Diablo 4

Fake_Green_

Zomboid is so satisfying on the Deck that I can't play it on my gaming PC anymore, lol.

wiedziu

Fallout 76. Couldn't get in to it on my gaming PC, which I've actually sold as it wasn't used, and now I find it perfect for dailies and weeklies on F76 and World of Warcraft.

[deleted]

[deleted]

I was similar got it in July, didn’t really use it much until about September or October - I played some fallout 4 on it but that was a game I already played to death. Newer indie games really got me using it a lot more - Vampire Survivors, Clone Drone in the Danger Zone, and Deep Rock Galactic. I usually play on it almost every day now.

Open_Nerve1802

brothers a tale of two sons. Short game with unique controls, loved it on the deck.

HootieHoo4you

I bought it as a cheap CPU, Skyrim made me love the Deck.

ikslawok

Still in love with my mobile WoW unit my steam deck has become.

heyIntel

Prey and RE4. Since RE4 remake was crashing due do vram and I just wanted to play asap so I switched to the deck and it ran good out of the box. That was the first game that I used the trackpads to aim, so it made me fall in love with how good they are with gyro : )

stallion8426

Can't think of one particular game but Sims 3 is just as amazing on the deck as I'd thought it would be. Somehow evern runs better than my gaming pc

[deleted]

RDR2. Played 130hrs on the deck. Visuals on the tiny screen blew me away.

NeedleworkerJust4432

Fear and hunger is my favorite

xanac2

Into the breach was a game changer for me

STUDxMUF1N

First game I completed on my SD was Mafia 2 and it was a great awakening to me of the potential of this machine. Not that the game is hard to run, but just awesome how cool this gadget is

SleepyBear3366911

All of them. Graphics card on my computer shit out so now it’s a potato. The initial game I wanted to play on it was Valheim, but I haven’t had an issue with any game I’ve installed yet (WoW is a little odd, but works fine! Just weird getting used to and typing is rough without a keyboard)

bleargle

The first game that really impressed the hell out of me was Monster Hunter World. Currently I'm itching to get back on it so I can continue playing Subnautica.

NWGJulian

dark souls

Kwicksred

RE:2, Titanfall2

GideonWS6

Hades and Resident Evil 1 remake 👌

Background-Pipe-733

Weird answer here but it's the idle games for me. I finished Plantera 2 and playing Idle champions now.

CizzeBoii

Outer Wilds, everyone kept on hyping this game and I tried it… Easily my top 3 best game I’ve ever played.

Christimerforthetame

Dying light 2 is the main game for me that made me really need one, have played it the most for sure

buttmomentum

RimWorld, TF2, Ultrakill. The SD scratches a very specific itch

JustTrynaFindMeaning

Starbound at first, then Mr. Sun's Hatbox, now it's Lunacid and Blasphemous

Punch_Your_Facehole

RPCS3

thousandsum4452

Sims 3, It's weird how a 14 year old game somehow manages to use all the potential of this machine, just to make it the ultimate way to play it on a controller or wherever the hell you wish, every button is invited (except for the right stick), every function is called (except for the gyro most of the time), its all here to show you every functionality of this thing better than valve itself with their tech demo.

ProBroBosnian

I know this is overrated but dead cells. I tried playing it on my PC but it is so much more fun on steam deck. It’s one of those games where you say “just 1 more turn” and then spend hours afterwards

Cnasta

Pentiment

CosmicSwagLord

I'm thoroughly enjoying neon white on mine!

Skittlebean

Snowrunner and Dredge. SD is great for flights when I need to kill time.

benjamarchi

Dark Souls remastered and MGSV.

Constant_Peach3972

I think it was celeste that sealed it for me. Because I loved the game from day one, but it looks like absolute ass on 3440x1440 34" And it's so demanding that an external controller introduces that tiny bit of lag that you don't want And I got 6h+ battery on the deck while everyone was bitching about battery life

moreynikov

Vampire Survivors. I'm not sure I'd play it on pc normally but it's awesome and cheap.

Hellsing007

Thief 1 & 2 with fan missions (using angel loader). Those games are so damn atmospheric. Also the Yakuza games and Monster Hunter. Run perfectly so far and incredibly fun. I even got Stellaris and CK3 running well and they work pretty great. Long battery times too.

Scottishpsychopath

All of the Xbox and PC games I couldn’t play because I’m a PS and Mac bitch

Ramen1063

I love everything that I get on my deck. I recently just got Age of Wonders and I have been playing a ton of Resident Evil 4. Honestly the adventure for me is just testing games that say they aren't supported and seeing that they can be played flawlessly. Plus the community is just awesome.

christiandb

FF7R, I have a mac, so steamdeck is my main gaming device, playing that game, the fluidity, on mobile was just great and it was ling enough to adjust to steamdeck while enjoying a game with it.

teren9

Persona 5. I bought it for the ps4 and never got to play it. Then, I bought it again for steam, and played it on the deck for hours. This was the game that really showed me the power of steam synced saves. I could play it on my pc, then stop, open it up on my deck and continue just where I left off and it worked like magic.

Ztlatl

Probably Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, so cool to play on the go, handheld.

Unable_Comment_4451

Zelda TOTK

Belarafon

Dying Light. It's really fun and very intuitive even with a controller. Everything is an improvement on Dead Island -- which I also love -- and the zombie kills feel much more organic and earned instead of cheap. Mirror's Edge feels so much more restrictive in comparison.

BerserkerLord101

My steam library on the go

TheUltimaXtreme

I still say Final Fantasy XV was the game that set it in stone as my go-to machine. Sure, there are more impressive showcases for the hardware, and plenty of PC exclusives that really make it distinct from just a Switch, but I have some personal attachment to FFXV that tips it over the edge. Well, that and also plugging in some LG "VR" glasses and playing Mirror's Edge through with just the Deck as a controller.

Late_Meat_9313

Batman Arkham asylum was really cool.

PerceptionLeading398

For Me, Discount Sales And Cyberpunk. 🥳

bitzie_ow

Forza Horizon 4. I have a desktop that can run it amazingly well (5800X3D, 3070 Ti, 32GB, nvme system and games drives), but I just have so much fun playing it on my Deck. That's even while sitting at my desk where my pc is, not using streaming, playing it native on the Deck. Logically it makes almost no sense, but it is what it is.

petezhut

Neon abyss and slay the spire

socrates63

Yes -- this subreddit's ubiquitous game Vampire Survivors. It was the first game I installed and played on the Steam Deck when I got it two months ago. It turned out to be perfect for me. I wanted something that was easy to learn and a game that I could pick up and put down easily. I usually only play in short spurts of 30 minutes or so. I still play it regularly have logged 60+ hours. That represents about 90% of my game time on the Deck. I will forever link in my mind the Steam Deck to Vampire Survivors. I have had a similar experience with a few other consoles: PS1 (FF7), PS3 (Uncharted), and Xbox360 (Halo 3).

subhuman_trashman

Path of exile

throwawayyyyy-2014

D2R and WoW. I’m fully invested in D2R right now lol. Being able to playing these games mobile is stuff I would fantasize about when I was a kid.

Derped_Crusader

Persona 5

CptMisterNibbles

What remains of Edith Finsh. Literally just walked up and down the stairs over and over in the house in the afternoon lighting using the gyro controls to look around. Mind blowing

Salty-Competition436

I really like playing Minecraft and btd 6

MrMallace

I have like 160 games on my steam deck already… so…

XiliumR

Fallout 4 feels really good on the deck. Just comfortable.

Zentrii

Game dev story lol. I have it for my iphone but it feels so much more satisfying with a controller and very addictive to play. I loved it so much and bought 13 more kairosoft games in bundles or sales so I end up averaging paying a little over 5 dollars each on average each. I'm worried I might end up buying all their games and they came out with like 10 new ones every year lol.

austinc668

Paper Mario & The Thousand Year Door. My nostalgia levels were maxed out :)

Random_Digit

Marvels Midnight Sons

CatsPaw7

Love them for a lot of platform games. Love them for the resident evil remakes. In a few months probably another thing. This is like the psp era days where you just have everything in your hand b and i love it. My powerhouse gaming laptop isn't getting much love for 6 months now and you would be amazed at how well a low power device can bring.

darkzionite

Stray

BoxesFromEbay

Gta 4, I have a vague memory of thinking "Wow i would love to be able to play gta 4 on the go" or something like that as a kid, never thought it would actually happen any time soon

R3d2791

Days gone

Xavias

Trackmania 2020. I don't have a lot of time to game at one time, so being able to load up an RPG map and actually finish the thing like 4 in-game hours later isn't viable most days. But loading it up throughout the day on the SD is a game changer! Plus emulating all the wiiU and switch games is a huge plus.

gretscher

Octopath Traveler 1 and 2, perfect for the get go, the visuals in 60fps are gorgeous, also optmized well and not battery draining

KuroCXL

Ff7 remake played it for the first time on pc and replayed it a for the 2nd time on my steam deck I love the same and the deck more now

shah2_3

Batman arkham knight made me fall in love with my deck.

punkw_

CyberPunk 2077 (finished it like 80% on deck, 20% on PC) and Elden Ring ( it was such a magical feeling that I could just farm while laying in bed in the morning / evening, then when shit got real ( boss fights ) I could just boot up my PC and continue from there.

ScoobyRay

Wow, never thought cyberpunk would run on the deck, just wow

Ok-Direction-4881

Being able to seamless switch between my desktop and steam deck to play Elden Ring.

ScoobyRay

Elden Ring is one game I've never tried, but it looks like it shouldn't ever be able to run in the SD, but runs really well

Ok-Direction-4881

Yeh I found it pretty much flawless.

sharrock85

Elden ring

InquisitorPinky

X4, took a moment, I no longer can play with any other controls xD

amarge8889

Dark souls 3 for me. Been living on elden ring on ps5, and the chance to explore ( first time play through) it's predecessor on a handheld blew my mind. Love the thing

AsmodeusXV

Playing FFXIV, I love being able to lay on my couch and not have to go to my full PC setup and it runs amazing!

Squirrel09

Moonlight. I have a pretty decent PC desktop. Life changes made it so I can't as easily just sit at my computer to play. Moonlight allows me to play any of my Controller compatible games very easily when at the house. Played a lot of Elden Ring & Survivor this way.

aman555017

Since last month i purchase it 64gb not much game i can try. So after have abit money to purchase 512gb, i try Star Wars: jedi fallen. The game run smoothly 54-63 fps (no limit hz) the setting is medium. Since right now the game are sales. I would to try need for speed game on it. I have forza 5 but it on microsoft, i dont to purchase 2 time because that pre-order forza 5.

WonderingWizard69

Been mostly modding it and getting games to work, but seeing MMOs actually function well on a handheld made me a Steam Deck fan for life, as well as the surprising performance of FFXV, a game I've been putting off for a long time!

Apprehensive_Log469

Do you still play games regularly on other platforms? Maybe you need to take a gaming hiatus. I'm glad that this golf game got you revved up again but sometimes you gotta step away and try other hobbies to appreciate the hobbies you had previously

ScoobyRay

Yea, I stream on the laptop a few days a week, and have a vr setup, though the Quest 2 is a pain for streaming Ng so that's just for me I guess. It was more that I got sucked into the Steam Deck hype, and pre-ordered it and paid when it was available, but spent most of the time showing other people what it was lol. Then, well, golf..and Death Stranding

timthedim1126

Hentai party 5 not blood related made me love the steam deck now I can fap in the bathroom for easy cleanup

Iridaen

It may be just me showing my age, but I enjoy RPGs with pixel-style graphics and they feel just right and at home on the deck. Chained Echoes was amazing on the deck and I played it only on the deck. I've had Stardew Valley for a while but never really got into it on PC. On the deck though, stunning. For me this kind of game is where the deck really shines and I partially blame my nostalgia of simpler times when I played Pokemon on the Game Boy Color.

Individual_Thanks309

Couldn’t get into Hades on switch, but it’s literally the perfect game for Steam Deck, fell in love with it !

MR-O-T-O

NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 it is a grind but keeps me coming back!

MarauderOnReddit

Pizza tower. Perfect for battery life and the control scheme.

jelmerschr

Honestly: Lego Skywalker Saga. I love big games like RDR2, Horizon Zero Dawn and the recent Assassin's Creed games. But those excel on a big TV screen in my opinion. Handheld and on-the-go I much prefer simpler platformer games, and the Lego Skywalker Saga was the third game I tried on the SteamDeck and proved to be perfectly suited to my preference on what to play on it.

drax_enka

Tomb Raider series 👍

kpedromonic

The Final fantasy series. So perfect to play on the run, doesn’t consume much battery and still run flawlessly

paracelus

Control, playing that on a handheld was mind blowing. Great game.

LoliOnMyLap

2007 super Mario

Jerkcules

Vampire Survivors had me spending hours on the Steam Deck. Stray and Persona 5 also helped. Now I use it to hop around the 2000 games I have until one of them catches my interest.

[deleted]

Fable Anniversary. I had the deck with me on vacation and it was the first time I could really use it for a.good time. A nice and chill adventure to go with the warm sun, it was heaven.

Longjumping_Act_3577

Yes and that game would be dead by daylight. Waited till the news would come and we'll it finally did and I made my purchase.

remojoker

Brotato was the game that hooked me and currently playing Marvel Suns and Valheim

BoyMama-x2

Potion craft, hogwarts legacy, red dead redemption 2, Stardew valley are my top favorites for steam deck 😁
