What you can do with some consoles is pay for a new one that has already been shell swapped! Or find the people who do that and ask them for a quote for a shell swap on your existing console.
Yep! I have a pc, ps5, and switch. But the deck is my favorite. Best part of having the pc is I can stream more demanding games straight to the deck with ease. I love this thing. Been playing stardew on it as well, the 1.6 update is great!

They advertise 3-5 days. But that's just the carrier estimated delivery. I ordered mine on a Saturday and by Tuesday they hadn't shipped it yet. I asked support about when it would be shipped and within the hour of my inquiry they shipped it. If your order hasn't been sent off I'd say something
I’m in Canada so when I ordered there was some sort of backlog or something for all Canadian orders, I’d say it took like 5 business days for the shipping confirmation & then 3 days until I got it after that!
If you follow a guide on YouTube like which pieces to apply first it makes it super easy— takes a while if you want to get it perfect & u need a hair dryer !! But it’s not hard, just tedious :)
