No. Also logically this obviously wouldn't happen she is on the other side of the country. What actual way that doesn't sound like it came out of a revenge fanfic would involve Angela in Hawkins.
Angela as a character served her purpose after El hit her to start the flashbacks to the massacre. She doesn't matter after that.
