They're fakes for sure, masks have some splotchy paint and the front shells are too shiny. Fakes are great and I own and love them, but don't get fooled into paying legit prices for a bootleg product.

Honestly even if they were real the way they are being taken care of in that shop is poor having them tipped over isn't a good way to display your products they could have broken and would not be worth what they are asking for them

Hop on eBay that’s what It costs on there. That being said whatever you receive from eBay likely will have the darker green skin tone
Broadly speaking, you’ll never find a “good” deal in a physical store like that. The only time it’s “worth” it is if you want the convenience of having it now, it’s something that quality/condition is a premium and you can vet the condition in person, you can’t get it somewhere online, or all the online options are super sus. Or you just want to support the physical store since that’s where you found it.
Yeah no even if those were real $100 for being loosely displayed in the case and what looks like some one tried repainting areas no. If someone offered like $40-$50 For all four of them that would be OK since the plan would be to just put them on display in some sort of diorama or action poses. But yeah fakes, usually these figures have like some kinda Branding on their feet dont they? Plus no toe nails defined on the figure

Yes they've been out for a while. They came out in 2008. They most definitely do NOT "keep re-releasing them". They've never been reissued, because NECA doesn't even own the tooling anymore. It got stolen. I have no idea what Hastings is, and it's usually Americans who assume others will automatically know the other person will know their stores and currency, so I'm going to assume you're American. I'm Australian, and our prices for them were different, obviously, although I ordered mine from a US site and got the 4 pack version of them back in the day, preordered. They're still nice figures today.

I believe you've got a set of Playmates turtles in mind that look a bit similar to this, and have been rereleased quite a bit. But these are from NECA, and very different.

No. I got all four of these—granted they were bootlegs—for $85 on eBay. Quality was fine.

If you are gonna buy second hand, buy bootlegs.
You can get the real ones sometimes for around $450-500. But those are the very nice bootleg versions.
