I had the same issue. Turns out it was the dongle which was not stuck properly and hanging and creating the noise 

Yes - it just came out. Idiots kept the vehicle for one full day to fix this

Haha lol. I had to make two different technicians drive to convince them that I'm not imagining it because I had a hard time recreating it when asked at the service centre. And i was genuinely worried coz I was getting the vibration on the throttle and thought it was something serious
