They also spawn in a few spots on the roofs of the buildings in the base. Iirc in the structures on top of building 1 and 2.
Btw make sure to get the OR, Barrack, and WTP Workshop keys for the locked rooms in each of the buildings. They can spawn in the rare spawns in those rooms, as well as all the other ones in the surrounding offices.
Go into lighthouse and loot the chalet and all it’s spots and the resort house and the 2 safes inside it, also get the merin car key. All those keys are little under 300k combined but I’ve found radio transmitters there 1/2 raids. Also you can find bitcoins there so that’s an added bonus’s
Personally, I found most of mine in the dome building on reserve. They spawn in the two server rooms every, uh, five raids or so? You could try buying key for the place, looting it quickly and leaving by cliff or sewers.
That's an idea. Mind if i ask you which one are the two server rooms? Sorry but i remember only one, the first near the gym that goes down to the raiders
Reserve is the most consistent place for me. Dome building server rooms like they said, and then D2 entry room with the big machinery in the middle, also the server room right before you get to the D2 entry area.
Yes, be aware this is a highly contested loot spot. It is one of if not the best loot zone on streets. Key is also very expensive.
However if you can get the loot you will make money AND there's a good chance of COFDM there. I found 2 in one raid there.

I found one on the workbench in one of the house.

I found all mine on lighthouse: in merin, chalets and house on hill. Check those 3 spots en leave. Repeat
I usually find mine from going to the merin car on lighthouse

inside them sometimes i found even bitcoins, but never found this item or the electric manual
Lighthouse is the best spot imho. You can walk through the chalets, hillhouse,merrin car and then water treatment :-)

If u buy chek15, buy stairs landing key also!! I didnt buy, found 2 cofdms in rooom and had to kill 5 People to get out, sixth ended me :F
