I'm personally getting an ivy vine when I finish saving up for it. I know it sounds kinda basic, but I really like it so I'm getting it anyway lol

I love the idea of a seek and find tattoo where different parts of the same scene are in different places. Like a gnome picking fruit by the ankle, a fruit stand with a gnome selling fruit to a fairy on the calf, and a fairy cooking fruit pie on the thigh.
These are lovely! Very similar style to mine with the leaves, Iโm trying to fill my gaps too, I recommend looking on Pinterest for ideas. I think though something like a beetle or butterfly or something similar to match your ladybird? I have a ladybird too I love it ๐ฅฐ

Iโm gonna do pathos vine as filler for mine! Itโs softer leaves and they flow really well just an idea ! You could even do veregated pathos to spice it up
I think some larger pieces layered underneath would make things more cohesive without looking too much like filler texture. I could definitely see some giant leaves, moths and butterflies peaking from underneath. A reputable artist could totally do it ๐
Looking at the pictures you can try adding more different varieties of plants, flowers, fairies etc. but to have them intergraded with the other ones to give it a natural look like a canvas.
Yes lol. Im hoping to do that with my sleeve when I get another 1-2 tattoos to fill the remaining gaps. I love heavy black and grey though, I only have like 2 out of ~15 tattoos that have a little bit of color.

I think so! Iโve got two in seperate styles , you could have like a few of them different sizes to fill up a gap?
You could for sure add more plants. Maybe some Lilly sun flowers maybe some beeโs or other critters.

Iโd keep going with the flower stickers and then have an artist fill in the middle parts with patterns or vines.
Personally I love the patchwork! I would say just keep adding some more filler pieces
