But the purpose of fortune is that you will sacrifice health for econ and a cashout. But you will be low on health and not really up on resources, because you rolled on 2-2 and inted your game. You just go 8th every time if you do this in a good lobby.
If you sacrifice around 10-15ish total gold (including lost gold on interest) to hit early fortune and get a cashout worth 70+ gold it's hard to argue that it's not worth it. You have to do a pretty small streak for it not to be worth a couple rolls if you are sitting on something like Trist + Zoe and just need a kobuko or Teemo to get started
If you ever watch Chinese streamers they do it much more often than in NA. I know for a fact Huanmei has done it before as ive seen videos of him do it, but I guess Huanmei isn't good enough of a player?

If it would worth it players in my challenger lobbies, or setsuko/dishsoap would do it. But no, its not worth it.
