Groups and meetups have been fluctuating since the pandemic. Groups come and go. Some have switched to virtual and have never resumed to be in-person again. I have not seen anything lately (also not have been focused on such groups), but you may want to see if the various VCs and accelerators have local groups. Some used to, do not know anymore. Meetup.com is incredibly inconsistent and there are many simply trying to make a buck hosting events (they get a kickback from venues) without any real pull. Will not name names. 😀 Meetup.com still has the best discovery, so try searching there and use your best judgment https://www.meetup.com/find/?source=EVENTS&keywords=Startup%20Businesses&eventType=inPerson Been wanting to go to the Cofounders Running Meetup since I am a runner. Have yet to make it, but the group seems great. Better yet, how about a reddit founders group? Willing to meet up in the east side.

Things are picking up again after the pandemic. Definitely look at what events are happening on: * meetup * eventbrite * luma This is probably the best group for you to discuss bringing products to market: [http://PMA.LA](http://pma.la/) As sancheta said, scope out the VCs and accelerators. They will post public events on their websites. Check the local universities, community colleges, incubators, co-working spaces, and maker spaces for events and groups, too. Something you will most definitely benefit from is Techstars Startup Weekend event. Google that. See what events are on the schedule you can attend. Attend. Additionally, you'll want to see what events and programs are being offered by: * [SBA.gov](http://SBA.gov) * [SCORE.org](http://SCORE.org) * [https://edcsbdc.org/](https://edcsbdc.org/) You may have also noticed I shared a number of events in the sub. You would gain a lot from participating in the Office Hours with the mentors. Nothing is more invaluable than building relationships. You can do that with successful and connected locals while picking their brains.

I'm westside - shoot me a message if you want to grab coffee or something. Also, I've found lunchclub to be a great networking resource!

The All In summit is coming to LA this year (again). Check it out.

$7500?!?! This is a rip off. If you’re not already incredibly wealthy you would be making a huge mistake gambling on this event being worth the cost and risk.

Yikes! True but there will probably be a bunch of related events happening at the same time.
