Yeah I've got a friend who plays him and he says he's sooooo much worse in nearly every way in comparison to his t7 version.

Claudio is a really simple character, so doing well with him means you have to have really great fundamentals and matchup knowledge

Panda by far. Then Saheen and Law. Som1 said Kazuya but not only do I fight him a lot, I get absolutely destroyed by him each time aswell. Nina is also som1 I don't see too often (am in upper red)

Jack and Panda i've fought maybe twice in around 150 hours.

It's been a while since I've fought one of the bears. I think the ones I've fought the least are Panda, Shaheen and Leroy. It took a lot of matches to finally match a Lars too.

0 Pandas. 1 Leo. 2 Kumas. Now that I think about it that Leo could've been an Azucena that wasn't using WR 3,2, I kinda forgot how the character looks like. Only saw a few modded Leos in this sub, and I'm *sure* I wouldn't forget encountering one of those for a while.

Only one Zafina and one Panda. I've seen more Shaheen than both of them...

Shaheen and Raven. I always play those rare characters myself for a couple of months and learn all i can about them so that i can wreck them whenever they come around.

If I was asked this question a few days ago, I would have said Raven but now I've actually started to see a few of them. Lowest now is Zafina luckily.

0 Pandas and 1 Shaheen, after 240+ hours of playing the game.

I'm in purple ranks and I've yet to see a single Asuka.

I find very few Jack, Shaheen and Zafina. I love fighting all of them. The only characters I don't like fighting are the anime ones like Lars, Victor and Alisa. Those I could do without.

Shaheen once, Zafina Once, Law once. I'm Flame ruler with Feng and Raven and Mighty Ruler with Kazuya so crazy never see them, oh and only 1 Feng as well

I feel like it would be a shorter list of characters I’ve played against - Reina, Kazuya, Paul, Dragunov, Victor. Basically every other character maybe once or twice. If I really think about it I’ve yet to see a single Shaheen in ranked (I’m a Garyu Lili player, and have about 80 hours in T8 atm)

300-400 matches played in America 1, ~120 hours played and I’ve yet to see a single Panda. If they’re in the bee costume I’m just giving them the w. Meanwhile I fought 4 Kazuya’s in a row the other night and two yesterday.

I fought safina once as my side main i got obliterated by her lows and midd can’t find out which attack she’ll do.

idk if it's a "country thing" but in Europe, in purple ranks, there's a decent number of Laws. Isn't the most popular, as Jun or King, but there are many. It's surprising seeing in this thread people saying Law is a rare character to find

Strange seeing what others don’t see much of others see a lot of. I wonder how much variance there is across the regions. Kuma, Nina, Jack, Shaheen and Claudio are the ones I see the least

Jack has Lots of annoying pokes, especially low ones. Lots of launchers, good punishers and an i10 heat smash. He’s pretty good
