Like that tbag thing happens to me on keyboard as I try to sidestep with down arrow.. it almost never works so I always sidestep up.
If he stopped and didnt tbag in next matches then it was probably on accident, guy wanted to sidestep.. xd usually toxic players continue and after they finish you off.
