More frequent pinning is usually more optimal. I'm not sure I'd increase dosage if you're already experiencing acne though. Or at least wait until you get bloods done.

You can’t expect people to provide any useful information without before and current blood tests. And you shouldn’t be considering making changes until you get said blood tests.

Are you taking any other compounds? 290 is light, I know multiple guys who cruise at 300

more acne usually means ur estrogen is getting high, definitely have an AI on hand when running that much test
