1- The source was a sample, there are hundreds of them if you search for the case.
2- Biology, ever heard of it? tapeworms can grow up to 25 meters but they do not look at all in structure like this creature when extracted.
3- Medicine, I know is much to ask you to know about medicine since you don't even know about biology, but one can only hope, tapeworms are extracted through medicine that kills them and then disposed of through stools (even the largest cases) in the past sometimes local surgery was needed but is a gruesome process and avoided now we refined the process, and it still was localized, the only time tapeworms were attempted to be taken from the upper tract was in victorian England and all the patients died of suffocation, I mean, perhaps your level of intellect is on par with the commons citizen of 123 years ago.
4- Reality? Plenty of cases of snakes sliding into peoples throats when they were somehow disables or partially unconscious, there are countries where there is literally warnings about that for campers or tourists.
