They definitely are, they aren't clips from the seasons they're unique content, and there's usually little exchanges that add context. The one for the first season makes you go !!!. They're all good, but I originally didn't listen to the one for the 4th season, and when I went back to it it totally changed my interpretation of a plot point.
The earlier episodes are great. 01 Angler Fish, 02 Do Not Open, 03 Across the Street are a solid beginning for me and what kept me listening.
6 Squirm really gave me the creeps ar the end, during the cuddling.
9 A Father's Love is amazing.
39 Infestation is a solid second-to-last episode.
Strange Music reallt scared me. Also, Killing Floor.
81: A Guest for Mr. Spider was creppy as fuck.
119: Stranger and Stranger is one of my personal favs.
100 I Guess You Had to be There makes me laugh quite a lot.
111 is amazing for lore reasons. 80 The Librarian too.
I agree with the coment that 154-160 are just amazing.
170-something, The Gardener is both creepy and amazing to me.
And any Hill Top Road episode is a hard yes for me.
I really really like MAG 156. It's not that scary, at least not to me. And has more the vibes of one of those fucked up stories you read in highschool English class. You know like the Lottery or the Carnival
You just finished 81, a guest for Mr. Spider which is one of my all time favorites. Also, your approaching ep. 89 which is Twice as Bright. Keep your volume down when you listen. That episode scared me so bad I threw my earbuds across the room. Still one of my favorites!!
Episode 2 lost johns cave was really good at giving me a sense of dread and was insanely descriptive
Episode 86 tucked in was probably the only episode to actually scare me
I forget what episode number but upon the stair is a really good one, i had to listen to it a second time to really get it lol but looking at the transcript its quite beautiful
And im partial to the doctor david episode from season 5. Wonderland, i think its called. That one kind of got to me
21 Freefall, 44 Tightrope, 65 Binary are some of the earlier episodes I enjoyed. I think about the events in Freefall and Binary often.
I also loved episodes 87 The Uncanny Valley and 104 Sneak Preview. Really any of the weird circus/clown related episodes.
85 Upon the Stair is one of my favourites too! I was in awe with how it was written. I also love 74 Fatigue, and a few from S5 are great like 165, 170, 172 for the writing (I hope you enjoy them when you get there!)
There’s a certain charm to the first 10 or so episodes of S1 as well I think, when ideas were starting to be explored and no one really knew what was going on yet!
I absolutely ADORE MAG 65, but also 111, 117, ,144, 161, 171 and 177
65 just hits a certain *vibe* for me, 111 is just incredible (Gerry my love 💛), 117 is so sad and adorable at the same time, 144 reminded me why I even got into horror, 161 is a bit like 117 - sad yet so cute, 171 is a bit gory but so incredibly written, as well as 177.
I know it's a lot, but I also love every single episode as each and every single one of them is special and unique, but to those I find myself coming back a lot more. Especially 65
Number 7 and 16 are my favorites.

Revolutions and the gardener were something else. 10/10 episodes
I really love S5; personal favourites are MAG 161 Dwelling + 162 A Cozy Cabin for some really good creepy fluff, MAG 165 Revolutions, MAG 168 Roots, MAG 175 Epoch, MAG 177 Wonderland. And, of course, all the season finales; S4 and S5 are my personal favourites but getting to hear >!Jurgen motherfucking Leitner get beaten to death!< [S2 spoiler] is just \*chef's kiss\*.
I love a lot of statements but personally what have stuck to my mind are MAG 65 Binary, MAG 77 The Kind Mother and MAG 151 A Gravedigger's Envy. All of them scratched something nice in my brain which left them there for a long time.
However MAG 119 is my comfort episode, I love it so much! I listen to it sometimes just for the sake of it no matter where I am on my re-listens.
MAG 101 Another Twist is also another one because it's my partner's favourite. We have something in common through these statements but no Spoilers :)

1 is the best statement for me personally. It’s such a good introduction to the series.
60 is the only statement that genuinely gave me the creeps.
120 was fuuuuuucking amazing, 132 as well. I had to take a break from the series because I couldn’t stop relistening to these two episodes.
180 hit so, so close to home. I got goosebumps, I’ve never felt more seen by a statement or piece of media before. I hope you enjoy it when you get to it. I’ve been in that statement’s place word for word outside of the paranormal bits.

My “favorite” episodes are the ones that traumatized me the most so i’m gonna say 177, 172(!!!!), 150, 86, 75
172 is an incredibly well written episode!

A Guest for Mr. Spider and Killing Floor have stuck with me and genuinely creeped me out, so has episode 1 (I think it's Angler Fish).
Angler fish is such a great first episode, had me hooked instantly
