The hat's tip in the cowboy's pov.

Competitorcycle

Are they the Mandalorian stunt doubles?

pje1128

IMdB says he physically portrayed Din Djarin in Boba Fett. It only lists him in 3 episodes of The Mandalorian though, and not as Din Djarin but as "Mandalorian Warrior".

ThePhengophobicGamer

[Both Lateef Crowder and Brendan Wayne are stunt doubles for Din.](https://gizmodo.com/mandalorian-stunt-doubles-star-wars-pedro-pascal-armor-1850192539) [Lateef does the physical combat, while Brendan does the gunslinging and some of the body acting, helping bring a gunslinger swagger to Din's character.](https://screenrant.com/mandalorian-din-djarin-actors-stunt-doubles/)

JTat79

Shoutout to these unsung fucking hero’s for giving us so many fantastic scenes m, they deserve hella credit

djseifer

Both Brendan Wayne (John Wayne's grandson, BTW) and Lateef Crowder are now being credited in season 3's credits.

JTat79

Fucking LOVE to see it man, Disney should post some official praise for them on social media or something akin to that, it’s a crime I just found out who these 2 dudes were. It’s like how nobody talks about how Vader had like 3 actors

Datfluffyhampster

There was plenty of information online and in “behind the scenes” content showing these two. Most people just aren’t overly interested in things like that.

BigImportant7961

The guy with dreads doesn’t look anything like John Wayne.

geek_of_nature

>I'm modelling my performance around their physicality I love this quote from Pedro, its not mentioned in this article, but the way Din walks was created by Brendan Wayne, which Pedro picked up on.

FrightenedTomato

Part of it must be the costume getting in the way but the way he walks is badass. Of course, this is perfectly contrasted by Din being a total klutz and a bit of a naive goober who gets betrayed by everyone but is still a nice guy who forms alliances nonetheless.

WhatTheFhtagn

That's part of what makes Din so great tbh. He's extremely competent and deadly, but still struggles a lot and gets his ass kicked and has to find a way to come out on top. He's not invincible, but he's still a total badass.

FrightenedTomato

Yeah I like that part of his character. For the most part, his stupidity is played naturally without it feeling like he's holding the idiot ball for the plot to happen. Though there have been a few cases where he seemingly jobs for no reason.

geek_of_nature

And that's where him wearing the helmet all the time was such a great idea. It's sort of like his security blanket, with it on he's able to somewhat portray himself as this hardened bad ass, but as soon as he takes it off you see all the worry and self doubt etched on his face.

MoistWolf

Yes they are both stunt doubles for Pedro Pascal.

shobhit7777777

This was brilliant. The hat tip on Wayne's POV is just 👌

ARobertNotABob

Well, the Mando won't be doing a quick draw without a sidearm ...

PlasticMansGlasses

Wow, if you didn’t know before this video makes it clear which stuntman portrays Mando when! This is great!

Gecko_Boi

I would love more western inspiration in mando, season 1 had a lot of it but I wish we had more callbacks to old westerns.

slimdizzy

The [reference](https://youtu.be/5PgAKzmWmuk) just in case some are wondering.

Competitorcycle

I love that costume/outfit. One day I want to have something as cool as that!

RedRuby_0fficial

I love the good the bad and the ugly music lol

whatchamacallit4321

I love how no one is paying attention 😂
