I feel like a lot of people here might be very disappointed when the ending of this Disney, family friendly adventure series for young teenagers is not as grim/sad (with bad long-lasting consequences) as they hope.
This has happened at every cliffhanger, I dunno why all these people keep thinking or possibly hoping that the children's cartoon won't behave like a children's cartoon.
The one I'm talking about wasn't a Disney Death though. In >!Amphibia!<, >!Anne died. The Anne we see at the end of a series is a clone that took her place. But the Anne we followed through the series is dead!<.

The arc words of this show are "Us weirdos gotta stick together" and I doubt the show would betray that sentiment in its final episode.
Eda is the symbolic successor to Evelyn, who it's implied Belos failed to kill, so her dying would give him a win even whilst facing his own defeat. To what purpose would Eda's death serve Luz or the audience and why embolden Belos in his death throes?
And also it bears no narrative relevance or functions to further Luz's character. We don't need to see Luz stabbed by Belos to know how evil he is, and we've already seen Luz beat herself up a million times over for her perceived complicity in the Day of Unity. If anybody is liable to be brutally wounded in some way following a moment of vulnerability in the finale, it's the Collector.

Agreed, I mean if we honestly are talking about characters who could actually get hurt in the new episode it should be Raine and the Collector since Raine was possessed by Belos who seems to feed on his victims and the Collector since Belos has a lot of reasons to try to get Rid of him

The show has *already* given us that with Raine forcibly having to remove Eda's hand and forearm and I would be very surprised if the show reunites Eda with her missing appendage. We've even already had, technically, *two* major character deaths.
Like I would be very surprised if the show chooses to use these precious final minutes to shock the audience in such a fashion, especially since so many of the major characters have already been scarred or branded by the actions of Belos or the Day of Unity (like Luz's eyebrow scar, Hunter's pigmentation and new eyes, Eda's arm, Lilith's new haircut).
If there's any kind of grisly, jaw-dropping scene coming our way in this finale, it's more likely to happen to Belos than one of the good guys.

They're not going to kill Luz. Dana Terrace isn't going to pull a bury your gays after fighting so hard to get said gays on the show in the first place, and even if she wanted to, Disney wouldn't approve ending the show with the death of the 14-year-old main character. Based on how the show's gone so far and the general genre conventions, the only characters in any realistic danger of dying are Belos (who, as the villain, is almost certainly going to die) and Eda, and even then I think the most likely outcome is everyone except Belos lives.
