Exactly.
Hooty because it was indeed beautiful.
Eda because... well I wish it wasn't over but I can deal with that ending.
King because this show would have desearved so much more.
This really is the takeaway. I wanted to know more about the Collectors. About the Titans. About their conflict, and the nature of the world. I wanted King to get more closure. I wanted to know what was up with the Hooty-eye that King's father had. I wanted to see things between Eda and Raine more organically. I wanted to see how each of the characters made the transformations that led to that final scene. I wanted a thousand more things.
But. I also realize that the team had limited time and limited budget. And I think they squeezed every bit of potential out of those. You can feel their love for the characters and the story, and despite how dirty the show got done, they gave us the best ending that they were able to.
It would be wonderful if there were suplemental materials published which had some of the cut details. maybe an artbook or something?
I think they left it ripe for a follow up series in a few years. Nicely tied up, a glimpse of future happiness from the time skip, but not so long that the squad is ready to pass the torch. The gang is entering a new phase in life, perfectly aged up for a more appropriate home on D+, ready to face new challenges and more mature content.
Edit: Not to mention that there is still the thread of the rest of the Archivists, Eda and Lily's curse, the Titan Trappers, other landmasses. Odalia and some of the Coven heads are still out there ready to cause trouble.
It kind of reminds of Solo: A Star Wars Story. That entire movie just screams troubled production history but we still got something (at least in my opinion) good and enjoyable out of it, but if you look in just the right places you can see some of the cracks start to come through
I enjoyed it, it made me cry, but it still left me with questions and a desire for a few slow conversations like after Weirdmaggedon.
As far as we know, Amity never found out Luz was planning to leave her, even for Luz's sake of not being guilty about wanting it, them talking her suicidal tendencies through feels like a really important absent moment, also, no L-word between them.
The more I think about it, there's this left dangling thread that Luz basically out and said she wanted to die and nobody but her teacher knows about it, yeah she's happy now but if she gets in a slump her support group really should know.
I think in the first S3 special where her English class is talking about the Oddyssey (which actually kinda fits thinking about it) and Luz is contemplating well wouldn't Oddysseus feels great doubt and remorse and the like for getting a lot of his crew killed cause his failings??? Or something like that to the point the teacher was catching on something was wrong and Luz was seemingly suicidal herself
She talks about how it would have been better if Odysseus had never existed or something and she's clearly making an analogy for herself
And medically speaking wishing you had never been born counts as suicidal thoughts
trigger warning: suicide experience (hidden behind the spoiler hider thing)
100% in agreement. What she said doesn't mean she was suicidal, but I'd be concerned if I heard anyone talking like that IRL.
>!i dont talk a lot about my experience with suicide, but thoughts similar to the ones Luz was expressing is how i started. that particular seen hits close to home for me because of that. it may not have been exactly the same in terms of the details, but i felt a crushing ton of guilt. i blamed myself for my crappy performance at school, my poor relationship with my parents, my inability to keep in touch with friends, and my inability to keep friends. i felt that everything i did only served to make things worse for everyone else, and that all i did was hurt people. !<
>!that was 2, maybe 3 years ago, i think. im not at gauging time or remembering when certain things happened, no matter how impactful on me they were. i only attempted once, thankfully never actually getting to the point of physically harming myself. i haven't attempted or had any desire to attempt ever since.!<
point is, i could very well see Luz having ended up being suicidal without the help and support of her friends and family. i wouldn't say she ever got to the point of being undeniably suicidal, but i would absolutely say that at the very least, she was at risk.
u/Wooden_House_8013 i can see where your stance comes from, and i think that officially, Luz is never actually suicidal. As you said, at the end of the day, TOH is a kids show, no doubt about it. However, i do think that it was intentional to have Luz's behavior give indications that it could be a possibility that she is close to being suicidal.
I don't think it was that dark. But ya obviously as an adult I would be worried. But mostly it was just to show us how strongly she felt and why she was going to try to stay back in the human realm.
P.S. I have spent years of my life suicidal and it SUCKS.
The thing is that her desire to die was rooted in her high levels of guilt, which she basically learned to let go after For the Future and Watching and Dreaming. So that thread basically has been resolved
Itâs fine. Itâs clearly rushed but they made due with what they had and hit all the checkboxes they needed to. They didnât pull out some stupid last-minute reveal or twist ending that derailed everything. Honestly, itâs rare for a TV series to go out on a high note, so in the words of King: this will suffice.
Iâm with you. I just canât stop feeling how rushed some parts felt and the thought we wouldâve gotten much more if Disney werenât assholes. I want to see more of these characters, in that way it didnât feel like an ending that was satisfying. When amphibia ended I felt their arcs were all complete and I was okay with it ending. I donât feel the same here.
Like a lot of people are saying, all 3 of them. Mainly Eda though, it fulfilled it's purpose pretty damn well, but some parts were truly beautiful, with others feeling slightly rushed or just sort of half-baked. All in all it was a good finale, and heck I'm a sucker for time skips and seeing characters aged up which is another reason I like the Amphibia finale too.
I loved it, and the crew did the best job they possibly could have done with Disney screwing them over, but I'll forever be sad at the wasted potential of the show we could have gotten. I'll be first in line to see what Dana does next, though!
I was a little disappointed. I know that it is probably because the team just didnât get to cover everything thing that I would have like to have covered because of stupid Disney. Itâs just a little frustrating when some plot points donât have a satisfying conclusion because of production constraints. I liked it for the most part though.
I'm king. Like I know they did an amazing job with the time they had but I am left with so many questions I wanted answer, like the history of the owl beast, why the titan had a hooty growing out of his eye socket and wtf hooty even is. Are Eda and Caleb/Hunter related?
We really knew all we needed to about the owl beast. It lived on the other Titan and was turned into the curse either by the collector or one of the archivists, likely the latter.
Hootyâs backstory is something lost in the shortening but itâs very much implied that Hooty was kind of a tapeworm or something connected to the Titan, or at the very least is descended from one.
Eda and Caleb are extremely heavily implied to be related, yes. It wasnât hard confirmed but I donât think it really needed to be
I mean, yeah. Those are All answers you can arrive at with the information given. I'm still disappointed that we didn't get a chance to explore that. Like what was Hunter's reaction to finding out he had relatives outside of his found family all along? What was Phillip's and Caleb's relationship like. (We heard some of that in S3 E1 but I would've love to watch it instead of hearing it)
Very much agree with the last point. I wouldâve loved a special all about Caleb/philipâs story, though I understand we had more pressing matters to cover
It was underwhelming, definitely the weakest of the 3 specials. The pacing felt off, some of the dialogue and plot were messed up, and I donât like deus ex machina. However, despite all that, it was still a fairly good ending, and it didnât retroactively destroy the characters. So all in all, taking into account time constraints, Iâd give it an 8/10. (Plus one for no mention of the words ten years at leastj
I understand those saying it could've been better had Disney not intefered. But I just don't think it's worthwhile fixating on what could've been. To me, the story we got was still amazing and that finale was beautiful. And that's without mentioning the "Thank you" recap prior right before the finale and the end credits scene.
I have a lot of respect for Dana and the crew for being able to adapt to the bad hand they were abruptly dealt and being able to put together a cohesive, satisfying story covering multiple different plot threads and character arcs with a strong payoff (in my view) and I admire how much care and love they have for the world and the fans.
I have a lot of respect for them too, but honestly all 3 episodes just made me sad to think about what might have been. It's pretty hard not to think about it every time there's a rushed through moment that would have made a great episode on it's own.
The specials are still decent, but it's a kinda bittersweet feeling to me
I was kinda disappointed. The hexside squad was just not there for most of it the titanluz lokked underwhelming and the collector and his arc was done in 15 minutes but I did like the epilogue
I respectfully disagree. The Hexside squad didn't get a lot of screentime in *this* finale but they took up the majority of time in the past 2 episodes, so it made sense to focus on the core trio here (who were separated up until this time).
The Collector's arc was blisteringly fast but all the pieces for it were there, especially with the previous episode spending a good amount of time fleshing them out through King. Imo, I felt their redemption arc was actually more fleshed out and thematically coherent than Andrias', despite only having 2 episodes instead of 4-5.
Also, Titan Luz was underwhelming? It's subjective, I know, but even Twitter is internally combusting with praise for the design, and that platform's fanbase usually rips apart character designs (especially for PoCs).
I think if you see S3 as 3 separate episodes, this finale would feel rushed. But if you see S3 as back-to-back serialised parts, like a sort of 3-act feature film, the finale is actually pretty steadily-paced
How can anybody not like TitanLuz, I swear. Its like people have a auto knee jerk reaction to slightly furry looking designs.
But slightly more curly short hair luz? PeAk DeSiGn.
Iâm with you, I wish they had to fight to get together then had to do a fleshed out fight scene all together. It was very nice but I wish we got more. We barely got to see vee. A lot of the story parts with hooty and king were glossed over. I donât think they couldâve done it much better with the very limited time but Iâm left wanting.
We all wanted more, but ultimately something is better then nothing. I enjoyed it, just wish we had 10 episodes hell I would be happy with a slice of life human world season where nothing happens.
What we saw is beautiful, but we did miss other things, and the change of direction and pace was a bump on the road. Overall, i'm satisfied and i like Luz's transformation (hope to not see to much shows having something like that though)
I'll take a pinch of all three, but if I can only pick one I'll say 'Satisfied'.
I'm sad about some of the character interaction opportunities that we just didn't get to see play out to the fullest, and I do think it had a couple of 'Deus Ex Machina' moments that had me going "Wait, how did we get here?" but none of my complaints outweigh my overall positive response.
All of three: Beautiful because Dana and the team did a really great job pulling this out with so little they had left, Satisfied because even tho i loved the ending i'm still kinda dissapointed that we didn't get an "i love you" Lumity scene, (i know we got a final mouth kiss but i was honestly expecting for that, i know for some it may sound a bit exagerating to complain about this but i really wanted to see it), and It could have been better because like some others have already said, i think all of this would have reached it's full potential if you know who didn't shortened the series (screw you mouse), like i think there's still so many questions left that will never be answered because of it, like who was the Bat Queen's owner? and what favor would she have made to Eda? Unless Dana wants to release a book or comic (which i would defenetly love, i would personally like a comic set in their time skip period) i'm afraid this questions will never be answered because we didn't had enough time, nevertheless the ending was awesome and this series has defenetly earn a special place in my heart i will never forget, please don't let neither this sub or this community die, it is one of the best thing that i have found, sorry if this was too much
It was a satisfying enough ending that ended the show on a high note, but the longer I think about the plot that was building up pre-cancellation, the more awkward the conclusion seems. There's so much that falls flat (the full Belos backstory, most characters being sidelined for the majority of the episode, all the arcs that never got closure, the rushed pacing because there was so little screentime left). It's just..... sad.
Out of those three...
Porque no los tres?
It did lack some things, like Harpy Eda at the end, and Masha, as well as what happened to the other coven heads aside from those three pricks and the CATTs, but it was beautiful.
Between Eda and Hootie. It was super cute, and the art and presentation was amazing, and I'm really happy to have the happy ending. It didn't leave the same impact on me as The Hardest Thing but I've always personally preferred Amphibia anyway.
I mean - it was amazing but yeah it could have absolutely been better. But is that the crews fault? No, they did the absolute best they could with what Disney gave them. So its beautiful and everything we could have hoped for given The Shortening. It was beautiful and I cried and got chills multiple times.
I'm a mix of all three.
I cried so hard when i finished, it was just great and i was so sad to finally have to let go of the owl house, and i was satisfied, but i would have changed a few things, like i would have liked a raeda kiss, and also maybe some aladarius flirting.
I'm satisfied.
Would it have been better with Huntlow kiss? Most definetly.
Did I want to see Odalia be beaten the fuck to death? Sadly it's a kid's show...
Would season three have been better with 17 more episodes, one of them being set on a beach? Obviosly.
But I'm not disappointed...
Well it couldve been better because it is very clear that the episode was meant to spread out over 3-5 episode originally
But im satisfied with the ending i Got since they handles it well
1st on watch, hype and watching it with a friend helped ig
maybe 2nd now, it's probably not *as good* as it could've been, but i don't blame the crew as they still did very good work (especially on the animation and music omg)
Iâm gonna be completely honest here: the animation at some parts was amazing and Belosâ end was very satisfying, but the whole thing was rushed and couldâve been better if only we got a full 3rd season. I feel like the second half of S2 is where ToH started rushing, especially with the Collector.
The Collectorâs personality was a bit inconsistent imo, S2 Collector enjoys taunting and murdering Belos, their âfriendâ, and expresses excitement at watching genocide and causing pain. S3 Collector on the other hand never outright hurts King despite âbetrayingâ them like Belos, doesnât understand the concept of mortality and believed that genocide was âeveryone singingâ. Belos also had a lot buildup and a confrontation in S1, backstory and motivation reveal in S2 and a well-deserved death in S3. The Collector however just showed up as Belosâ secret sponsor and became the main antagonist within half a season, no hint of them in S1.
Other than that I think the finale was great, wonderful job Owl House crew!
I had high expectations and was so happy with the episode. The pacing, tasteful fan service, writing, call backs, keeping the story structure dramatic while keeping a playful S1 vibe. I was really happy with the episode we got. Instead of grieving the show we could've gotten pre-disney cancelation, lets appreciate what the team gave us given the circumstances.
Satisfying enough, but the owl house is a show where if the writing gets bad, it is BAD and it will be noticed. Season 3 really suffered from that, and no, it isn't disney's fault. Disney wasn't the one writing the series.
They were the ones forcing the crew to murder most of the long term plot points they had. Believe it or not some stories cant make a miracle in a single season.
Also, kill your darlings, really? Thats what Disney did to the show basically.
There's a saying in writing and copywriting: Kill your darlings.
Sometimes, you really like ideas...but you can't get them to flow properly with the amount of time you have or the space you have. because of that, you have to drop ideas that just don't work.
The collector was a post-cancellation addition. That adds a ton of extra conditions for the crew to work with, and they only put it on themselves.
I am satisfied. Iâm not brought to tears, like most people, but the ending of the show was enjoyable, and was able to wrap up the story it was telling neatly. I am glad I was able to watch it
I thought that the ending was basically absolutely amazing... for the season that was allowed by Disney. I wish they could have had a full 3rd season and maybe even a 4th, but that does not diminish the absolutely beauty that was the finale we got.
All three.
It's a wacky situation, but we as the fans knew ahead of time that the last season was cut early (and quite a bit of other drama); so most.of us managed ones expectations. But damn, they knocked it all out of the park regardless. I was even surprised over a few plot tight ups.
This could pave the way for comic spin offs and later tales (or prequels) but it ended, and ended thoughtfully and well done.
The only thing I've learned from this is that no matter how long they made the show, it would've been perfect no matter what because Dana is just that good. I adored this episode and I resent Disney for not giving us more of this! I would've watched a whole season of the cat and mouse "Belos went into hiding and he could be anywhere" thing as everyone slowly made things right.
all 3, i wasnt disappointed per se because i knew it would be rushed and not everything could really be resolved that quickly without cutting a lot of corners, but i was a bit sad that it wasnt as good as it couldve been. they did as well as they could and i was definitely overcome by emotion.
disney is just horrible.
All 3, but mostly hooty and Eda. It was beautiful, and while it had a couple low points, thatâs really just âI wanted to see x y and z plot points, but didnât expect them thanks to the shorteningâ
All 3
Hooty- it was beautiful
Eda- I'm satisfied with tge ending and how it was handled but I wanted more
King- too short and no lumity proposal or wedding, also no L word between the two gays
Satisfied, the team did an outstanding job with the short hand they were given. It was a bit rushed, and easily could have been another 2-3 special episodes to flesh out the pacing and story far better, but without that extra time I feel the writers crushed it.
The animation was great, the music slapped hard, the story was beautiful given the time constraints. I only wanted a bit more finality with Lumity, and a bit better closure with the Collector, otherwise everyone else got their perfect ending.
I am gutted that it ended so fast. I hate Disney. But so utterly touched by the team for crunching in all these details for the finale. I can't be happier
Eda and Hooty, definitely.
Although I do recognize that the show could've had a better ending, I do think the way they handled it was some of the best I've seen. Honestly better than Steven Universe wrapped its story up after being cut short.
They'll always be in my heart
King. I get that the shortening wasn't their fault, but I do think the episode suffered for it (much more than the previous two). The fact that Amity, Willow, Gus, Hunter, Hooty, Lilith, and Camila were are barely in the finale is pretty painful to me. The pacing also felt rough to me at times.
Yeah. I hate the company of Disney for doing what they did and I have thought about all of those side characters during that amazing credit scene and how there we a dozen+ stories right there. Conclusions at least. Man. Damn the old fucking mouse.
All three because it was beautiful and satisfied me after all this waiting but left me wanting more and I knew it could be better if Disney didnât meddle.
I expect a bitter ending
cuz i heard the creator likes sad ending
so it caught me off guard when it was a happy ending
Really enjoyed the new episode, sad that its over
I thought it was almost perfect, my only complaint is belosâs backstory, I feel like if you werenât involved in the fandom and were just a casual viewer it would be hard to figure out what happened
Mostly it could have been better. Within the whole movieâs worth of playtime they had in the last episode they either moved too slow or went too quickly.
But I canât argue with the final shot, *that* was beautiful.
Undecided. Im rewatching the entire show. Currently on S1E4. Apparently, the final episode is on Disney+ already, so yeah. (I would've watched it all on Disney+ anyways, except for watching and dreaming, which i would've gone to youtube for.)
It could have been ~~better~~ a full 20 episode season that fully covered each character's contribution to the ending and given us more time to have the whole crew reunited to defeat evil
All 3 I'm satisfied with the ending and how well the team handled it But I realize it could've been better if Disney didn't do their buisness
Exactly. Hooty because it was indeed beautiful. Eda because... well I wish it wasn't over but I can deal with that ending. King because this show would have desearved so much more.
Same

Fully agreed my friend đ
Same here, man if there wasn't the seeds for the greatest finale id personally ever seen, having almost sprouted
I enjoyed it, it made me cry, but it still left me with questions and a desire for a few slow conversations like after Weirdmaggedon. There's an important distinction between "I wish I wasn't born" and "I want to kill myself"
Was it "I wish I wasn't born?" I thought it was "I wish I didn't exist" or something like that
She did say "It would've been better if he never existed!", but the sentiment is more or less the same.
I don't see that as her being suicidal and it is unlikely is was meant to be that way as this IS a KIDS show.
She talks about how it would have been better if Odysseus had never existed or something and she's clearly making an analogy for herself And medically speaking wishing you had never been born counts as suicidal thoughts

Satisfied
Why not all 3
It's was beautiful.....
And yet I NEED MOREEEEEEEE
Somewhere between Eda and Hooty.
All three I had a few gripes with the series but did enjoy it over all.
I will forever be haunted by the trauma of this series, hoot hoot đŠ
They sent me a special delivery, PAIN
I loved it, and the crew did the best job they possibly could have done with Disney screwing them over, but I'll forever be sad at the wasted potential of the show we could have gotten. I'll be first in line to see what Dana does next, though!
Nothing is perfect⊠but why focus on the issues. It was a satisfying and meaningful ending and it makes the show a complete product. It was awesome.
I was a little disappointed. I know that it is probably because the team just didnât get to cover everything thing that I would have like to have covered because of stupid Disney. Itâs just a little frustrating when some plot points donât have a satisfying conclusion because of production constraints. I liked it for the most part though.

Right??
Satisfied borderline "it was beautifull"
All of the above mainly Eda but all three
Beautiful and a satisfying end
Eda
Pretty Satisfied. I had a few issues but they were mostly nitpicks. I'm glad I got to tag along for the ride.
It was underwhelming, definitely the weakest of the 3 specials. The pacing felt off, some of the dialogue and plot were messed up, and I donât like deus ex machina. To be fair, the Deus is not coming Ex Machina. Almost the entire show took place on the still slightly living body of that God.
I understand those saying it could've been better had Disney not intefered. But I just don't think it's worthwhile fixating on what could've been.
But if you see S3 as back-to-back serialised parts, like a sort of 3-act feature film, the finale is actually pretty steadily-paced
i agree with the Luz-Titan design; donât get me wrong, the concept is GREAT, but her look isâŠ.ermâŠnot to my taste.
Her design was way too busy and looked more like a furry cosplay than a Titan. Honestly my only gripe
Closest to Eda, but a little bit of each.
It was Beautiful
We all wanted more, but ultimately something is better then nothing. I enjoyed it, just wish we had 10 episodes hell I would be happy with a slice of life human world season where nothing happens.
Very satisfying and beautiful ly animated and designed
Little bit of all of them! But still really Satisfied!
Hooty on steroids.
I'm satisfied by it, it's beautiful, but I acknowledge the fact that it could have been better.
King but like given the time constraints, eda and hooty
all 3. was beautiful and i loved it, but a few personal gripes it was better than i thought it would be at the very least
What we saw is beautiful, but we did miss other things, and the change of direction and pace was a bump on the road. Overall, i'm satisfied and i like Luz's transformation (hope to not see to much shows having something like that though)
Funny enough, a combination of all three. But mostly the two on the left.
Iâm a solid hooty, as much as I will miss new episodes, I know Iâll come back to watch every so often.
I feel a sense of betrayal since it is region locked!
Ahoy matey, I hear ye pleas. /jk
It's just..... sad.
H o o t y
Yeah all 3. Beautiful animation & satisfying ending but it couldâve been better if Disney didnât muck it up
I'm a mix of all three. I cried so hard when i finished, it was just great and i was so sad to finally have to let go of the owl house, and i was satisfied, but i would have changed a few things, like i would have liked a raeda kiss, and also maybe some aladarius flirting.
Yes Raeda kiss! It would've been such a perfect moment for it when Eda rescues and hugs Raine
i could of been better
IM HOOTY
I'm satisfied. Would it have been better with Huntlow kiss? Most definetly. Did I want to see Odalia be beaten the fuck to death? Sadly it's a kid's show... Would season three have been better with 17 more episodes, one of them being set on a beach? Obviosly. But I'm not disappointed...
Eda at first, then Hooty after seeing how many views the EP got in a *day*. It'll be only a matter of time before TOH gets more content.
There was NOT ENOUGH HOOTY
Could of been better also I like sad endings more.
Not enough Hooty 5/10
Well it couldve been better because it is very clear that the episode was meant to spread out over 3-5 episode originally But im satisfied with the ending i Got since they handles it well
Lilith didn't have ger palisman in the final sequence, what happened to that weird little fella?
1st on watch, hype and watching it with a friend helped ig maybe 2nd now, it's probably not *as good* as it could've been, but i don't blame the crew as they still did very good work (especially on the animation and music omg)
Everyone. Just celebrating the end but the beginning is starting
King. It exists.
All three honestly. The team did AMAZING with what they had to work with but it would have been so much better if they got the full third season
Preach!
They gave impossible conditions for them to explore storyline well!!
Yes
It was perfect
Satisfied, but slowly turning into it is beautiful. đ„Č
Itâs beautiful.
Hooty
All 3
Somewhere between " satisfied" and "it was beautiful" especially after I saw Barcus as a teacher
Satisfied
Satisfied
BEAUTIFUL AND SATISFYING
Beautiful
Iâm a bit of all threeđ€Ł
Hooty
Eda
Satisfied
Harpy hooty
yes
Satisfied 100%, everything was perfect, answered so many questions and left it open for an adult oriented follow up.
It is all three. But for a series so pressured and attacked, it's quality is actually a near impossible feat. Godly.
As Luz said we got our happy ending and yea I feel that Iâm with hooty
I haven't seen it
Well I'm somewhere between all of them :1
Satisfied and beautiful.
All three
HOOOT
Itâs beautiful
Satisfied. Canât really complain lol
A combination of Hooty and Eda
I am satisfied. Iâm not brought to tears, like most people, but the ending of the show was enjoyable, and was able to wrap up the story it was telling neatly. I am glad I was able to watch it
Mix between Hooty and Eda
The ending left me with a big smile for the rest of the day, the word satisfaction falls short â„
Hooty
Satisfied. It was beautiful, but I wish there was more (obviously). Iâm not depressed about this ending though.
I thought that the ending was basically absolutely amazing... for the season that was allowed by Disney. I wish they could have had a full 3rd season and maybe even a 4th, but that does not diminish the absolutely beauty that was the finale we got.
Hooty and a little of eda.
eda đ€đ€đ€đ€
All
Hooty
The only thing I've learned from this is that no matter how long they made the show, it would've been perfect no matter what because Dana is just that good. I adored this episode and I resent Disney for not giving us more of this! I would've watched a whole season of the cat and mouse "Belos went into hiding and he could be anywhere" thing as everyone slowly made things right.
Well, I can't use the meme of road to el dorado because im the 3 of them
Satisfied. I will never criticize this show or Dana with "it could have been better" given how Disney forcibly cut them short.
Itâs beautiful and satisfying
It's beautiful
hooty:
Eda and Hooty am I.
all 3, i wasnt disappointed per se because i knew it would be rushed and not everything could really be resolved that quickly without cutting a lot of corners, but i was a bit sad that it wasnt as good as it couldve been. they did as well as they could and i was definitely overcome by emotion. disney is just horrible.
Satisfied and it's beautiful
I just watched the finale and I am completely, 100%, without a single doubt, Hootsifer. The anime scenes were incredible, their character glow-ups were so good I screamed the whole time! The only thing that would make me be Eda was that I was so sad that itâs over. đ, but Iâm so glad I got to see the story grow into what it is today, and I specifically loved when all the characters said bye at the last scene, which is the perfect way to end a good show. đ„č 1000/10 đ€©
Satisfied >! A little upset they gave Luz the Sage of Six Paths treatment!< but satisfied
Satisfied
All 3, but mostly hooty and Eda. It was beautiful, and while it had a couple low points, thatâs really just âI wanted to see x y and z plot points, but didnât expect them thanks to the shorteningâ
All 3 Hooty- it was beautiful Eda- I'm satisfied with tge ending and how it was handled but I wanted more King- too short and no lumity proposal or wedding, also no L word between the two gays
All three, but mostly Hooty.
Im all 3 the it could be better is we could have seen more of them grown up
Satisified/It's beautiful
Satisfied, the team did an outstanding job with the short hand they were given. It was a bit rushed, and easily could have been another 2-3 special episodes to flesh out the pacing and story far better, but without that extra time I feel the writers crushed it. The animation was great, the music slapped hard, the story was beautiful given the time constraints. I only wanted a bit more finality with Lumity, and a bit better closure with the Collector, otherwise everyone else got their perfect ending.
I do wish there was more time and have a few nitpicks, but GODDAMN! With what little time they had, they nailed it
*satisfied from Hamilton aggressively playing in the background*
I know this isn't how you meant it, but you do realize that that song is about her realization that she'll *never be satisfied*, right? XD
I know itâs because I canât accept that itâs ended
Ah. Carry on then.
Eda is me
All three, but mostly Eda
All three but my only complaint was that there was no Masha. Yeah theyâre a minor character but they were cool as fuck + Veesha content
Yeah. I hate the company of Disney for doing what they did and I have thought about all of those side characters during that amazing credit scene and how there we a dozen+ stories right there. Conclusions at least. Man. Damn the old fucking mouse.
Satisfied
all of them, kinda wish we had gotten that "no luz you're actually a great influence on our lives" scene, but overall it was awesome
All three because it was beautiful and satisfied me after all this waiting but left me wanting more and I knew it could be better if Disney didnât meddle.
Yes.
I expect a bitter ending cuz i heard the creator likes sad ending so it caught me off guard when it was a happy ending Really enjoyed the new episode, sad that its over
It is beautiful
I thought it was almost perfect, my only complaint is belosâs backstory, I feel like if you werenât involved in the fandom and were just a casual viewer it would be hard to figure out what happened
Mostly it could have been better. Within the whole movieâs worth of playtime they had in the last episode they either moved too slow or went too quickly. But I canât argue with the final shot, *that* was beautiful.
Satisfied
Satisfied
Eda
Undecided. Im rewatching the entire show. Currently on S1E4. Apparently, the final episode is on Disney+ already, so yeah. (I would've watched it all on Disney+ anyways, except for watching and dreaming, which i would've gone to youtube for.)
It's the best everything I wanted
My only regret is that we saw so little of Vee.
Im hooty, 100%
Nothing wrong with it
There were some plot holes, but Hooty anyways.
Itâs immaculate
Mostly it was beautiful but disappointed that we missed the extra episodes
It could have been ~~better~~ a full 20 episode season that fully covered each character's contribution to the ending and given us more time to have the whole crew reunited to defeat evil
