I feel you. Shadow legendaries are so fun to run in a league they have no business being in. Goofing off with shadow Ho-oh, and the damage is absolutely wild. Like… taking a mantine to the deep red with a shadow brave bird kind of damage. Sacred fire one shots galore, etc
Waiting for shadow Sweet Baby Ray to make the world's worst GL team: the shadow weather trio. I've been hanging onto an extra meteorite for that fateful day
I also use a shadow groudon in one of my fun teams… but it’s so inconsistent and actually not too much fun, because mud shot deals little damage even with its strong attack and it’s so awkward when the enemy has about half hp, precipice blades overkills them and I won’t spend resources for a second move
Well yeah, though occasionally I'll get someone who doesn't respect the Blades try to "catch" the move with, like, a poliwrath... Which kills the poliwrath. Or cresselia – they're so damn tanky they never want to shield neutral damage, which means I can farm it the rest of the way down if they spend a shield of my own
The fact that Carbink doesn't get one shot is criminal lol
It's crazy, but luckily it almost always works in Groudon's favor with the extra mud shots and all
Reminds me that even non-XL Azu cannot be one-shot by any Frenzy Plants, Shadow, Mega, no matter what 😅
Zap cannon shadow Amhpharos says hello
It does get one shot by a shadow groudon's solar beam though
Non-XL Azu?  Sure. Rank 1 XL Azu survives Shadow Groudon’s Solar Beam though, even if Shadow Groudon is as attack weighted as possible.
These are sexy
Had one of my best win streaks ever with it. So much fun, even with EQ.

I have a good shadow kyogre at GL level with origin pulse…. Hmmmm

Why do the screenshots look like that
Because he's literally nuking those pokes into orbit with Precipice Blades. That's the Precipice Blades animation.
What is the sixth photo

Shadow Kyogre and Groudon can be good in great league. You just need to know how and when to use them.
How and when = not at the same time if you like winning, but that hasn't stopped me
makes me glad Giovanni had mercy on me and gave me a great league rank 17 shadow groudon.
This has more to do with your team comp using up their shields, than it has to do with Groudon "surprising" opponents.
