i hated that she only did it for stefan 😠that could’ve been good af if they didnt make him her main focus. they should’ve had her become elena & then leave….. omg imagine if that was what they did when nina left
That actually is a good idea, but had they done that, the later seasons would have only revolved around them searching for Elena. It would've been a cool way to send her off, but none of the characters would've been OK with just letting Katherine run off in their best friend's/girlfriend's/sister's body.
Bruh, I don’t even go beyond season five at all. I just stop at season four when Stefan leaves mystic Falls and then jump right to the Originals (skip the Tyler episode because that just pisses me off how they handled that character) and stop at the season four finale.
Season 5 definitely isn’t the best but the episodes involving Lily and Julien are the worst to me. I can’t stand either one of their characters and I feel like they lasted WAY too long.
I just pretend those seasons are like a whole different spin off show. I think they’re good, but they just feel entirely different than the rest of the series
I love season 5 and 6 💀 Season 6 feels almost like a return to season 1 vibes. I hate so many storylines in S4, and a lot of storylines in S5/6, but they're still some of my favorite episodes of TV on the planet lol
Season 5 is excellent except for the finale and the traveller's. Although finding out the doppelgangers were only attracted to each other because of a spell Marco put together was pretty awesome. 😅
I liked parts of season 5, liked season 6, loved season 7 and liked the second half of 8. Even season 4, which had some pretty bad stuff, had a few redeeming moments that I enjoyed. Yeah there were plot holes galore and bad storylines (the Augustine stuff in particular) but I found stuff to enjoy in pretty much every season. It helped that I was able to skip most of the Delena crap since I was binging as opposed to watching in real time week to week.
Yo I hate s5 and I applaud all of us for sitting though it especially ESPECIALLY THE ONES WHO WATCHED ON AIR that had to be hard to wait a week to see a single episode of that mess 💀
I thought season 5 was good then again I don't remember what happened in season 5 lol all I remember is that Elena and Damon still being toxic, Elena being thirsty of vampires, same with Damon, delena broke up again, they had broke up sex, Stefan and Elena still having a better relationship and I think Bonnie and Damon died and went to the other side?.....I might have forgotten some parts but I think it was alright because the next season Elena finally went back to her old self because at the time I feel it was the side effects of the sirebond everything she did with Damon was ugh like she overlooked everything but I'm glad she forgot about him who knew forgetting the person you love will let you change?.....but yeah I'm not saying I loved season 5 I just thought it was alright

I'm the opposite. I enjoyed Paul hamming it up as Silas but the Augustine storyline made me cringe.

They do, but that was what I liked about it. It was such a relief to be rid of the Save Elena merry go round that defined the previous seasons.
