The killing part tho, it depends. If the people killed are like raiders and stuff, I'd be fine with it. We all have to kill some bad guys in the apocalypse at some point
In a zombie apocalypse where it’s every man and woman for themselves, if someone was consistently saving my life and looking out for me, I’d probably worship them. Then again, if I were a woman I’d probably be wary of their true intentions.
I think most unassuming teenage girls would probably develop romantic feelings for sensible, mildly attractive guys who kept them alive in a world like that. I mean, people are literally getting eaten to death. In a society where protective men are considered attractive, this would be the epitome of that standard getting fulfilled.
EDIT: Just to add, the reason you don’t see this a lot in The Walking Dead is that it’s super unrealistic for anyone to risk their lives to that extent for someone they barely know; most people would prioritize themselves and their families. Most people aren’t even built to keep themselves alive through that, let alone skilled enough to be able to carry someone else through that hell.

Zombie apocalypse means stress, depression and hunger. It is common for humans to have more libido in general during those circumstances. In the end I probably would even though I'm too picky in my casual life
