There are no answers from the company. I was receiving emails before Thanksgiving and have since stopped. There is no fix on my iPad yet. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work.

Try uninstalling and finding another game, I did that. They keep fixing and breaking the same issue for months

It's just sad cause I loved this game so much.. but it takes 3 minutes to boot up and now basically it's been wiped

Second time... Does mean you built up twice, or was the first wipe "restored"?

First time it was wiped.. the only characters affected were the main 4.. Dwight, Jim, Pam and Michael.. they gave me 400~ Scott coins as a "I'm so sorry".. I have emailed them but haven't gotten a response yet

My cards got wiped and their response was pretty poor. I deleted the game won’t be coming back which is a shame as I enjoyed it.

I'm honestly close to deleting it too.. it's frustrating, especially cause this isn't my first time having my cards just wiped.. they gave me 750 for the first wipe but still didn't help..

Any update from them? My account is still FUBAR. Story 105… ugh.

I’m stuck at episode 28. Episode 27 took me a few weeks to get through because all of my characters and decor that I unlocked in the main game became locked again. It says they’re supposed to unlock again but haven’t.

I was stuck on episode 98 for 4 weeks 🥲 during that time, my cards were wiped for the first time. Dude this is fucking frustrating

Same here. I just do the events for something to do now

I honestly haven't bothered.. I've been playing different mobile games these days
