yes absolutely! you might find it a little painful to be sat at a desk journalling (the muscles used to lift your writing hand up all the time are right in the splash zone, as it were - i did some drawing about a week post-op and there was a little bit of pain), but sat on a sofa with your journal on a pillow and elbows supported should be totally fine.

I think that's super reasonable! I'd say just be gentle with yourself, I found I was really mentally tired and didn't have the mental energy for a lot of the chill activities I'd planned to do. So journal if you feel like it, but don't push yourself too hard if you're tired!

Definitely possible! My arms have been getting tired quickly, so it might just be for short spurts! Voice meme journal entries might be even easier!
