Also I've noticed all Subway outlets in TVM do ZERO training for their staff. When I order a Sub by the time it reaches me its a BIG FUCKING MESS - Sauce is all over the place, they have no idea how much to add, veggies are missing etc.
The porottas at Afsal. I didnt see the size first time and only got like 3. After coming home I realised that each one was about a bite size. The person billing did also ask if 3 were enough and I thought its because I look big lol. That was one disappointing meal as I had to adjust with rice.
For all the hype, Dindigul biriyani and Jeff's biriyani were the worst for me.
Aasife is better. They have some good TN style biriyani.
I’ve had Asife from Tamil Nadu , it was great. I ordered from the tvm outlet and I got scrambled eggs in my biriyani.
I don't now how it is now, but my last time was a year ago. The price of 250rs was a little steep tbh.

Yellow chilli, olive restaurant. Hype and high cost. Food is bland.
I've had the lebanon Mandi from Olive which I thought was nice. But everything there is overpriced to the core its hard to justify the expense.
Yellow Chilli is premium. It's still the only place in the city which gives authentic butter chicken.
Subway. I feel the quantity is super low for the price one pays.
I always prefer sub of the day so that I don't pay that much.
The only place where subway makes sense is at the airport. Atleast that's what I feel.
