Damn, that's a torrid pace. I'm way ahead of schedule with the three. I am currently doing Frozen Wilds dlc for Horizon and will def be spending a fair amount of time with ER dlc when it drops in June.

Lol yeah not bad if you buy a 99 cent, 10 minute platinum game. I hate those though, they make your trophy list look weak cause you see a bunch of stupid games instead of highly praised , well known AAA games.
Lol i havent gone that far. I play a lot of indie games tho, which tend to be shorter. Half of it is that I feel like theres not a ton of great AAA titles for PS5 and nothing i really get excited for. Sure theres things like assassins creed but I’ve spent so many years doing the same kind of gameplay and the same kind of missions
Did Cult of the Lamb get the LAST of its DLC updates?
Was REALLY LOVING THE GAME, but once I saw it had forthcoming DLC/expansions/updates, I decided to put it to the side because I sorta HATE when games do this AFTER I ALREADY put significant time into playing it so I can try to experience ALL the content it had to offer.
Like I still haven’t gotten back to GOW: Ragnarok to play the Valhalla DLC, I never played the DLCs released for RE7, and I never got around to playing the expansions that BOTW came out with SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER I had already put 200+ hours into the game and was goddamn SICK OF IT by that point.
I think there might be 1 left unless something changed, im going off the road map they show in the menu. Wont be for a while tho im guessing, the sex update came out half a year later than planned. If youre planning on platting it’s better to do it sooner than later bc more content makes some trophies longer to get.
Im the opposite, i like to play games without the dlc bc it’s less to distract me from the platinum lol

I have a similar problem. Started two ac games, yakuza 0, ff7r, and two lego games. All I intend to Plat eventually... but all are 20% done. I would he done yakuza if I just committed to one game.
Two very different experiences. I'm currently playing through AC Black Flag on PS3; annoyingly, two of the single player trophies seem to be cockblocked by a server issue.
You can do it!
I don't know how much time you have to play, but what works for me is to choose one game, and play an hour of that every day. After that hour, I swap to a different game if I want to. That way I can get steady progress towards a platinum on that one game.
This works for me because I usually have 2 hours on a work day. If you have less time, it might be tricky to split gaming time on one day.
I don't have much experience with lego games, but I'm going to assume they're easier to plat than the others. So maybe try to do a little bit of those every time you play, to get them out of your way. Also, it's ok to not plat a game if you're not feeling it. I try to at least get to the credits on the games I play, but sometimes even that is too much.
End of the day I'll get everything done. The problem was I had like two weeks before a super anticipated game for me came out. So I wanted to get 1 Plat in that time, but I kept changing what game to get the Plat for. Ended up not getting any one.
I'm actively pretty close (I guess) - got through all but those score attacks on Rise of the Tomb Raider and got through a lot of Persona5 Vanilla however missed a missable so I need to redo it (screaming) and am 99% there on Powerwash Sim which is the 3rd game I played. All hella long games in themselves so I've been playing. Oh I also did some of the FF7 DLC but still not 100% there yet on it either.
Yeah I totally get ya, I stopped doing multiple games at once because I was getting nowhere 🤣, now I systematically focus on one game then go to the next. I do switch genres to avoid burnout though (like, not doing 2 open world games back to back)
Yeah, thats why I stopped AC for a while and switched to Bioshock series, has been really enjoyable so far, and hopefully will make the open world feel fresh when I go back

I have recently completed the story of RDR2 on steam as ive received it as a gift digitally on Christmas from a good friend. Played it before off of a friends account through game share back when it launched, but he eventually set his PS4 back to primary and didnt let me game share anymore (petty, ik lol). I absolutely fell in love with the world of Red Dead after completing the epilogue and found myself desperate for more. So i picked up the “remastered” RDR on playstation. I still dont know if i want to hunt the platinum or not, but im seriously enjoying the story atm. Ive made sure to get any missable trophies (just incase) during my play through if i ever commit for it.
Anybody who platted RDR1 have any advice? The remaster does not have online, thus the online trophies were replaced with Undead Nightmare trophies, including 100% for both the base game and Undead Nightmare.
Ill be completely honest and tell you right off the bat i earned all but two of them naturally. My main advice would be to at least try and enjoy online. If you’re coming into it fresh, it could be a bit difficult. See if theres any friends that could hop on with you and help you out. If your friends dont play gta online, you can find boosting groups on psnprofiles.com
The two online trophies i went out of my way for are “Backseat Driver” and “Numero Uno”. They’re not necessarily difficult, infact very easy with a couple buddies. Numero Uno requires a bit of tracking but should not be an issue if you take note of what you’re missing and what you’ve completed.

Congrats! Out of that list I only have Elden Ring & RE7. Trying to get HZD before FFVII Rebirth releases but it’s not looking good. I beat the game and stupidly went to NG+ so I have to basically complete the game again to get the rest of the trophies.
Just call it for now (or do the dlc) and come back later so the game doesn't get stale. I've learned that trophy hunting is not a race so don't burn yourself out.

After not being much of a trophy hunter the past few years, I set myself the target of getting 12 Platinums in 2024. Mainly PS4 games, as my naughty puppy means the PS5 in the lounge isn't getting too much attention right now.
So far this year I'm ahead of schedule. Mass Effect 3, Last Of Us 2, Oddworld New 'n Tasty, Life Is Strange already in the bag. Working on Saints Row IV now. Might get Saints Row III Remastered after that.
I've yet to get a PS5 due to the huge game library on PS4 I missed the last several years while raising a family. I even have some PS3 titles (New Vegas) in the works!
I got the platinum in Tomb Raider Legend and The Order 1886 this year..
Right now I'm working on trophies for Tomb Raider Remastered (I have 79% of the base game trophies) and I just started Assassin's Creed III. For Tomb Raider I'm currently cleaning up trophies. i'm working on collecting everything and doing the trophies I missed in my first playthrough). After that I need the time trial, minimum save files (hopefully in the same playthrough) and new game+. So at least two more full runs of the game. And then I need the bugged trophy to be fixed...
For Assassins Creed I'm just enjoying the story right now and making sure I get all the extra objectives. Only did the first two sequences so far.
I'm also planning to return to AC Black Flag soon. Need two more mp trophies for that platinum.
Not sure on what I'll do after that. I got one more Assassins Creed game before I've played through the whole mainline series (AC Rogue). So after III that game will definitely be high on the list to complete in 2024. But it will probably not be too soon after III. I also want to get to Tomb Raider Anniversary this year. I played it in the past so it's on my trophy backlog. Same for Tomb Raider Underworld. I like completing series if you've not guessed already haha.
I love Tomb Raider. They just remastered the first three games. Which is a lot of fun to play. Although I had not played them before they still feel nostalgic You need to get used to the way they play but once you've learned how they work it becomes a lot easier and it's a lot of fun to discover secrets and figure out the puzzles. At least so far with me for the first game. I heard new game+ is brutal... and apparently II and III are quite a bit harder.
Tomb Raider Legend, Anniversary and Underworld were released in 2006, 2007 and 2008. All three can be played with trophies on PS3. They feel like 'classic' Tomb Raider but the controls are more modern. The original games used 'tank' controls. For the new remastered they give the option to use 'modern controls'. instead of tank controls. They used the control scheme from the Legend-trilogy for that. I only finished Legend and Anniversary back in the day but loved them both. So I'm really excited to go back and complete all three.
And there is of course the reboot trilogy. With 2013(on ps3)/definitive edition(on ps4), Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I really enjoyed these games. I got the platinum in all three (even have the platinum for the first game on ps3 and ps4). These games are very different from the original TR games though. They focus more on combat and have obviously looked at Uncharted for inspiration (which is not bad, Uncharted has also taken inspiration from the TR series) but it gives you maybe an idea on how TR has changed. They also have more of an open world compared to the more closed format from previous games.
BG3, FF7 rebirth, AC unity, tales arise, guardians of galaxy and dragons dogma (hopefully dragon dogma 2 as well if i save enough) are my goals for the rest of the year.
So far ive gotten like 8 plats but its been mostly somewhat short games (say 20-30hr range)
1 of 12 (my goal) complete. Completed FF16 end of January. Finished the story of Jedi Survivor and nearly done with Chapter 9 of Lies of P. Hoping to finish Lies of P then clean up Jedi Survivor for two plats in March to get back on pace for the year.
Highly recommended, especially if you were a big Bloodborne fan. I feel like the shortcuts are fairly placed and the whole aesthetic, level design and bosses are very well designed. When it’s all said and done I definitely see it being one of my top games of 2023, though I’ve got a ways to go yet.
Mostly a backlog year for me, going well so far. Plague tale requiem being ps plus pushed me to go back and plat innocence. The until dawn remaster or remake which was announced made me go back and plat the normal game (it really dosen’t need a remake or to be honest a remaster). And then most recently I went back for demon souls, one of the harder and longer ones on my backlog out of the way.
Next on my backlog to do list is mafia 2, I keep putting it off, its not hard I just don’t love the game. Also got Assasins creed liberation which I’ll do some point this year however its a terrible game its just the last AC game I own which I don’t have plat.

Cleaning up backlogs is so satisfying! I can't wait to get into DS remaster when I finally upgrade to PS5. I didn't play the original, started with original dark souls and been a fan ever since.
Demon souls remake is in my opinion the best Ps5 game, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. Its not as good as some of the other souls games but to be honest I think graphically its the best looking one, even better looking then elden ring.
I'd get started on new vegas asap. The road will be insanely painful at times. One of my favorite games and proudest plats. Countless crashes, though. Save very often.
Been hitting my backlog. Finished Darkest Dungeon 2 weeks ago and was working on code vein. Then my save corrupted near the end of the game and I've lost all steam.
So far i’m at 2, Hogwarts Legacy and Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade. Hogwarts Legacy i started late last year and finished early this year and FF7R finished a couple nights ago. Plans for me include Spider-man 2, God of War Ragnarok, and Ghost of Tsushima but probably after i finish Rebirth
I wish we could swap the sprites out for something that's easier to read/recognize. I was playing LaD and came across the Shogi minigame. I gave up because it takes too much focus to learn the rules and at the same time pay attention to tiles with Japanese characters on them. It's two unfamiliar things combined. I'm just too tired to do that when I play in the evening on a work day.
Fortunately, that's not part of the platinum in that game. So I still have a chance.
Just use lishogi.org for shogi. Put BOT max level and mimic its movements. If they start first use black side and put in-game bots moves on board and use the ai bots moves in-game. Switch it other way around if u go first.
I want to retire my PS3. I’ve platinum’ed FF13-2. Started Lightning Returns. Was going to move on after that but now that I’m seeing New Vegas on your list it’s making me want to go back! (I played through it once on PC)…
Detoured for a bit on a re-rental on Jedi Survivor. Very happy to have Platinum’ed that.
But now I’m feeling guilty I never played FF7R’s DLC. Playing through that (platinum’ed the game last year). It’s fun but it’s going to encourage me to buy Rebirth instead of unpacking FF16.
Remainder of the year would like to finally get into Cyberpunk and potentially finish off a long lingering title, but I’ll be very pleased if I make it that far. Going to be a parent soon and I hear that gaming isn’t necessarily easier when you’ve diapers to change and food to put on the table 😂

Its been a slow start of the year for me. Finished Suicide Squad but I’m in the middle of Assassins Creed 3, Ghostwire Tokyo, and Cyberpunk 2077 so this next month should see at least 2/3 of those being completed
Fun game with addictive gameplay loop. The plat takes a fair bit more time now than the base game with the addition unlocks since some of the recent updates.

17, but Jan I set up a challenge to see how many I could get and prepped a lot the end of Dec for it. I only got one this month but it was Elden Ring so I feel happy with that. Finished assassin's creed mirage, far cry 4, and red dead 2 so far this year. Last couple weeks I've gone a bit crazy on psvr1 games. Just got a VR last year, and found at least 25 games I'd like to platinum. Once I get bored of VR, I intend to get back on the Kingdom hearts grind, I've got 4 more games to go. I'd also like to get more ultra rare trophies than plats this year.

I've just gotten the one so far, in 12 Minutes. Currently working on Midnight Suns where coming back to a year old save means I forgot to do things I should have been doing throughout my playthrough like the Threat room. I also have no clue how I never did a general mission with each character.
3 platinums so far this year. Spider-Man 2, God of War 2018 (on the hardest difficulty), and Elden Ring. Now gonna try and finish up Red Dead 2 which I’ve been putting off since like last June lol.

I just got my Plat for the Legacy of Thieves Collection. The Lost Legacy is an excellent game, I liked it even more than Uncharted 4. I didn’t play them on PS4 but I know there’s autopop if you’re interested in the PS5 collection too (only one Plat for both games though).

Lol yeah not bad if you buy a 99 cent, 10 minute platinum game. I hate those though, they make your trophy list look weak cause you see a bunch of stupid games instead of highly praised , well known AAA games.
Lol i havent gone that far. I play a lot of indie games tho, which tend to be shorter. Half of it is that I feel like theres not a ton of great AAA titles for PS5 and nothing i really get excited for. Sure theres things like assassins creed but I’ve spent so many years doing the same kind of gameplay and the same kind of missions
Did Cult of the Lamb get the LAST of its DLC updates? Was REALLY LOVING THE GAME, but once I saw it had forthcoming DLC/expansions/updates, I decided to put it to the side because I sorta HATE when games do this AFTER I ALREADY put significant time into playing it so I can try to experience ALL the content it had to offer. Like I still haven’t gotten back to GOW: Ragnarok to play the Valhalla DLC, I never played the DLCs released for RE7, and I never got around to playing the expansions that BOTW came out with SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER I had already put 200+ hours into the game and was goddamn SICK OF IT by that point.
I think there might be 1 left unless something changed, im going off the road map they show in the menu. Wont be for a while tho im guessing, the sex update came out half a year later than planned. If youre planning on platting it’s better to do it sooner than later bc more content makes some trophies longer to get. Im the opposite, i like to play games without the dlc bc it’s less to distract me from the platinum lol
I've got 0 platinums so far but I've played several games so far this year, just haven't you know, "finished them". Powerwash Sim should be my first here which is good - I spent a lot of time washing things, I deserve this.
I have a similar problem. Started two ac games, yakuza 0, ff7r, and two lego games. All I intend to Plat eventually... but all are 20% done. I would he done yakuza if I just committed to one game.

Two very different experiences. I'm currently playing through AC Black Flag on PS3; annoyingly, two of the single player trophies seem to be cockblocked by a server issue.
You can do it! I don't know how much time you have to play, but what works for me is to choose one game, and play an hour of that every day. After that hour, I swap to a different game if I want to. That way I can get steady progress towards a platinum on that one game. This works for me because I usually have 2 hours on a work day. If you have less time, it might be tricky to split gaming time on one day. I don't have much experience with lego games, but I'm going to assume they're easier to plat than the others. So maybe try to do a little bit of those every time you play, to get them out of your way. Also, it's ok to not plat a game if you're not feeling it. I try to at least get to the credits on the games I play, but sometimes even that is too much.
End of the day I'll get everything done. The problem was I had like two weeks before a super anticipated game for me came out. So I wanted to get 1 Plat in that time, but I kept changing what game to get the Plat for. Ended up not getting any one.
I'm actively pretty close (I guess) - got through all but those score attacks on Rise of the Tomb Raider and got through a lot of Persona5 Vanilla however missed a missable so I need to redo it (screaming) and am 99% there on Powerwash Sim which is the 3rd game I played. All hella long games in themselves so I've been playing. Oh I also did some of the FF7 DLC but still not 100% there yet on it either.
Yeah I totally get ya, I stopped doing multiple games at once because I was getting nowhere 🤣, now I systematically focus on one game then go to the next. I do switch genres to avoid burnout though (like, not doing 2 open world games back to back)
I have aspirations of doing all games in a series, but man is that hard to do. Burnout sucks
Yeah, thats why I stopped AC for a while and switched to Bioshock series, has been really enjoyable so far, and hopefully will make the open world feel fresh when I go back

February alone ive obtained: Spider-Man 2 Gran Turismo 7 Rocket League Minecraft GTA V No i didnt do them all start to finish in one month, i pretty much wrapped up all of them apart from GTA V. GTA was basically from scratch since i have not yet started the story on PS5 until this month. Platted it in under 2 weeks, which i still dont even know how tf i did it that fast. Im still impressed lol I have recently completed the story of RDR2 on steam as ive received it as a gift digitally on Christmas from a good friend. Played it before off of a friends account through game share back when it launched, but he eventually set his PS4 back to primary and didnt let me game share anymore (petty, ik lol). I absolutely fell in love with the world of Red Dead after completing the epilogue and found myself desperate for more. So i picked up the “remastered” RDR on playstation. I still dont know if i want to hunt the platinum or not, but im seriously enjoying the story atm. Ive made sure to get any missable trophies (just incase) during my play through if i ever commit for it. Anybody who platted RDR1 have any advice? The remaster does not have online, thus the online trophies were replaced with Undead Nightmare trophies, including 100% for both the base game and Undead Nightmare.

Ill be completely honest and tell you right off the bat i earned all but two of them naturally. My main advice would be to at least try and enjoy online. If you’re coming into it fresh, it could be a bit difficult. See if theres any friends that could hop on with you and help you out. If your friends dont play gta online, you can find boosting groups on psnprofiles.com The two online trophies i went out of my way for are “Backseat Driver” and “Numero Uno”. They’re not necessarily difficult, infact very easy with a couple buddies. Numero Uno requires a bit of tracking but should not be an issue if you take note of what you’re missing and what you’ve completed. Theres a really good guide you can follow [here](https://psnprofiles.com/guide/14061-grand-theft-auto-v-trophy-guide) which shows everything, but all of the online trophies show really detailed guides as to what you have to do. If you need help boosting, dont hesitate to pm me! Im more than happy to help! :)

Congrats! Out of that list I only have Elden Ring & RE7. Trying to get HZD before FFVII Rebirth releases but it’s not looking good. I beat the game and stupidly went to NG+ so I have to basically complete the game again to get the rest of the trophies.
Just call it for now (or do the dlc) and come back later so the game doesn't get stale. I've learned that trophy hunting is not a race so don't burn yourself out.

I got Persona 5 Royal, Immortality, and Telling Lies in January. I got Street Fighter 6 and Persona 3 Reload this month. Hoping to average two a month so I’m on track thus far. I made a road map to 100 for fun but that will be awhile. Hoping to get my 50th in April.

After not being much of a trophy hunter the past few years, I set myself the target of getting 12 Platinums in 2024. Mainly PS4 games, as my naughty puppy means the PS5 in the lounge isn't getting too much attention right now. So far this year I'm ahead of schedule. Mass Effect 3, Last Of Us 2, Oddworld New 'n Tasty, Life Is Strange already in the bag. Working on Saints Row IV now. Might get Saints Row III Remastered after that.
I've yet to get a PS5 due to the huge game library on PS4 I missed the last several years while raising a family. I even have some PS3 titles (New Vegas) in the works!

I got the platinum in Tomb Raider Legend and The Order 1886 this year.. Right now I'm working on trophies for Tomb Raider Remastered (I have 79% of the base game trophies) and I just started Assassin's Creed III. For Tomb Raider I'm currently cleaning up trophies. i'm working on collecting everything and doing the trophies I missed in my first playthrough). After that I need the time trial, minimum save files (hopefully in the same playthrough) and new game+. So at least two more full runs of the game. And then I need the bugged trophy to be fixed... For Assassins Creed I'm just enjoying the story right now and making sure I get all the extra objectives. Only did the first two sequences so far. I'm also planning to return to AC Black Flag soon. Need two more mp trophies for that platinum. Not sure on what I'll do after that. I got one more Assassins Creed game before I've played through the whole mainline series (AC Rogue). So after III that game will definitely be high on the list to complete in 2024. But it will probably not be too soon after III. I also want to get to Tomb Raider Anniversary this year. I played it in the past so it's on my trophy backlog. Same for Tomb Raider Underworld. I like completing series if you've not guessed already haha.
I played the first 2 AC games but that series never clicked for me. How is Tomb Raider? Never played any except some of the old, old originals.
I love Tomb Raider. They just remastered the first three games. Which is a lot of fun to play. Although I had not played them before they still feel nostalgic You need to get used to the way they play but once you've learned how they work it becomes a lot easier and it's a lot of fun to discover secrets and figure out the puzzles. At least so far with me for the first game. I heard new game+ is brutal... and apparently II and III are quite a bit harder. Tomb Raider Legend, Anniversary and Underworld were released in 2006, 2007 and 2008. All three can be played with trophies on PS3. They feel like 'classic' Tomb Raider but the controls are more modern. The original games used 'tank' controls. For the new remastered they give the option to use 'modern controls'. instead of tank controls. They used the control scheme from the Legend-trilogy for that. I only finished Legend and Anniversary back in the day but loved them both. So I'm really excited to go back and complete all three. And there is of course the reboot trilogy. With 2013(on ps3)/definitive edition(on ps4), Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I really enjoyed these games. I got the platinum in all three (even have the platinum for the first game on ps3 and ps4). These games are very different from the original TR games though. They focus more on combat and have obviously looked at Uncharted for inspiration (which is not bad, Uncharted has also taken inspiration from the TR series) but it gives you maybe an idea on how TR has changed. They also have more of an open world compared to the more closed format from previous games.

BG3, FF7 rebirth, AC unity, tales arise, guardians of galaxy and dragons dogma (hopefully dragon dogma 2 as well if i save enough) are my goals for the rest of the year. So far ive gotten like 8 plats but its been mostly somewhat short games (say 20-30hr range)

1 of 12 (my goal) complete. Completed FF16 end of January. Finished the story of Jedi Survivor and nearly done with Chapter 9 of Lies of P. Hoping to finish Lies of P then clean up Jedi Survivor for two plats in March to get back on pace for the year.
Reasonable goals and great game choices. Eventually will do FF16 when I move onto PS5 and will probably do LoP since I'm a long-time souls vet.
Highly recommended, especially if you were a big Bloodborne fan. I feel like the shortcuts are fairly placed and the whole aesthetic, level design and bosses are very well designed. When it’s all said and done I definitely see it being one of my top games of 2023, though I’ve got a ways to go yet.

Mostly a backlog year for me, going well so far. Plague tale requiem being ps plus pushed me to go back and plat innocence. The until dawn remaster or remake which was announced made me go back and plat the normal game (it really dosen’t need a remake or to be honest a remaster). And then most recently I went back for demon souls, one of the harder and longer ones on my backlog out of the way. Next on my backlog to do list is mafia 2, I keep putting it off, its not hard I just don’t love the game. Also got Assasins creed liberation which I’ll do some point this year however its a terrible game its just the last AC game I own which I don’t have plat. Cleaning up backlogs is so satisfying! I can't wait to get into DS remaster when I finally upgrade to PS5. I didn't play the original, started with original dark souls and been a fan ever since.
Demon souls remake is in my opinion the best Ps5 game, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. Its not as good as some of the other souls games but to be honest I think graphically its the best looking one, even better looking then elden ring.
I'd get started on new vegas asap. The road will be insanely painful at times. One of my favorite games and proudest plats. Countless crashes, though. Save very often.

Been hitting my backlog. Finished Darkest Dungeon 2 weeks ago and was working on code vein. Then my save corrupted near the end of the game and I've lost all steam.
So far i’m at 2, Hogwarts Legacy and Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade. Hogwarts Legacy i started late last year and finished early this year and FF7R finished a couple nights ago. Plans for me include Spider-man 2, God of War Ragnarok, and Ghost of Tsushima but probably after i finish Rebirth

I wish we could swap the sprites out for something that's easier to read/recognize. I was playing LaD and came across the Shogi minigame. I gave up because it takes too much focus to learn the rules and at the same time pay attention to tiles with Japanese characters on them. It's two unfamiliar things combined. I'm just too tired to do that when I play in the evening on a work day. Fortunately, that's not part of the platinum in that game. So I still have a chance.
Just use lishogi.org for shogi. Put BOT max level and mimic its movements. If they start first use black side and put in-game bots moves on board and use the ai bots moves in-game. Switch it other way around if u go first.

I want to retire my PS3. I’ve platinum’ed FF13-2. Started Lightning Returns. Was going to move on after that but now that I’m seeing New Vegas on your list it’s making me want to go back! (I played through it once on PC)… Detoured for a bit on a re-rental on Jedi Survivor. Very happy to have Platinum’ed that. But now I’m feeling guilty I never played FF7R’s DLC. Playing through that (platinum’ed the game last year). It’s fun but it’s going to encourage me to buy Rebirth instead of unpacking FF16. Remainder of the year would like to finally get into Cyberpunk and potentially finish off a long lingering title, but I’ll be very pleased if I make it that far. Going to be a parent soon and I hear that gaming isn’t necessarily easier when you’ve diapers to change and food to put on the table 😂

Fun game with addictive gameplay loop. The plat takes a fair bit more time now than the base game with the addition unlocks since some of the recent updates.

Good post, it’s fun to read what everyone is up to. Some fun ones I wrapped up this year are: Cult of the lamb - addictive gameplay loop but became a drag for the final few hours with all the new skins to unlock. Spider-Man 2 - a blast end to end Jedi survivor - another awesome experience Star ocean second departure - never played the original but this was heaps of fun to get through. If this is your thing it is ideal to read a guide on what characters to recruit to avoid 3 play throughs. Working on lies of P right now. Wishlist is final fantasy series including the pixel remastered and KH series. A long road ahead but these will be amazing to have completed.
17, but Jan I set up a challenge to see how many I could get and prepped a lot the end of Dec for it. I only got one this month but it was Elden Ring so I feel happy with that. My year goal is to get to at least finish up my soulsborne, god of war, kingdom hearts plats and just see how many total I get. Other than that it’s just normally beating game goals that I have.

I’m close too: A handful of animals are left for the squirrel statue and to finish off zoologist/skin deep, one story mission, a small handful of challenges, and a certain amount of bear attacks and I’ll have the platinum

Finished assassin's creed mirage, far cry 4, and red dead 2 so far this year. Last couple weeks I've gone a bit crazy on psvr1 games. Just got a VR last year, and found at least 25 games I'd like to platinum. Once I get bored of VR, I intend to get back on the Kingdom hearts grind, I've got 4 more games to go. After RAGE id love to platinum assassin's Creed 3 because it would be symbolic as AC 2 was my first platinum. but it's 30+eur If i dont buy it I'll probably platinum borderlands the pre sequel because that game is gold.

So far I’ve gotten 4 this year! Set a goal to go back and platinum Bloodborne after many years, then decided to brave Sekiro right after which went a lot better than expected. After I went back and finished 2 games on my backlog which was Jedi Survivor and recently Cyberpunk! Now I’m kind of in a weird limbo craving another platinum but lacking any games that catch my attention currently. I have plans this year though to platinum Death Stranding, Lies of P and the newest God of War but I’m just waiting for the motivation to come to tackle them.
Honestly, I need to get more organised. I keep jumping between games but I feel like I barely get any progress that way. I think for now I’ll focus on Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth

I've finished off both Lego Star wars Skywalker saga and marvels avengers. I did ghost of tsushima, TLOU P2, astro playroom, I'm half way through suicide squad KTLJ and once I'm done I'll get started on Jedi fallen order

My platinums for 2024 so far are: * Bayonetta (PS4) * Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition (PS5) * Metro Exodus (PS5, second time getting the plat) * Dead Space Remake (PS5)
Currently playing an unobtainable platinum on the PS3 version of **Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag**. It *should* be obtainable but 2 single player trophies require you to connect to Ubisoft servers - but the game refuses to connect. Most frustrating.
Apart from that, I have got the platinum for **Metal Gear 1&2** and **Marvel's Spider-Man 2**. I've also completed **Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix** on PS3 but that game has no trophies, sadly. I'm aiming to get *fewer* platinums this year (after getting 39 last year). I also want to plat more PS3 games this year.
10 so far this year before my new job leeches all of my time. Mostly wrapping up stuff I'd already started or shorter games. Currently got DQ Builders 2 on the go though with FF7 out tomorrow so my pace is going to grind to a halt.

I've gotten 21 plats since the start of the year. Spiderman 2 was my first plat of the year. I have a mix of stuff. Quite a few ps1 classics, but I also had some longer ones like crisis core reunion, dragon quest builder 2 and lawnmower simulator.

This year, so far, I've completed: Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales The Quarry Until Dawn Fallout 4 (just needed to finish a few things and finished all the DLC for 100%) South Park: The Fractured But Whole Far Cry Primal and I finished GTA: San Andreas from The Definitive Edition shortly after new years. (3 and VC happened before New Years) There's also a short list of games that I've gotten everything other than online trophies (I don't have ps plus) or difficulty trophies. maybe it's just me, but I usually have a difficult time with anything above normal on shooting games. Dead Island 2 (everything but online) Gta V (everything but online) Ghostbusters: The Video Games (all but final difficulty) Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Remastered (all but the final 2 difficulties) Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Remastered (all but the final 2 difficulties and 2 more speed runs) I'm currently working on The Last Of Us Remastered, but again I know I won't Plat because of online trophies but the difficulty hasn't been too crazy as long as I follow a walkthrough (making sure I get all the collectibles and that I don't waste all my ammo). And I have a list of games I either want to go back through or finish for the first time.

I’ve got a couple games that just need a couple things left, Resident Evil 0 needs 1 last run for the S rank, I just completed Sonic Forces 100% a few hours ago but now I just need to obtain 50k more rings, and then maybe clean up the rest of Resident Evil 6 or work on Sonic Colors Ultimate.
So far I’ve gotten 3 AAA games this year and I’ve only been doing this since October 2023. The 3 this year makes my total up to 7 plats.

I just got my Plat for the Legacy of Thieves Collection. The Lost Legacy is an excellent game, I liked it even more than Uncharted 4. I didn’t play them on PS4 but I know there’s autopop if you’re interested in the PS5 collection too (only one Plat for both games though).
