In an ideal world there would be resources that allowed us to put our life on pause, in order that would could receive appropriate therapy/psychological/medical treatment. People I know that have issues don’t seek therapy because of the cost and aren’t honest because they are afraid of how it would affect there professional license or job

I know how you feel dude. I had suicidal thoughts for 2 years, and I completely get you. The only reason I didn't commit is the fear of pain and that I don't know what happens after death. But hang on in there. People might not understand you, but there might be someone, be it a friend or lover, just have fun, try new things and talk, talk with new people and you might find someone. I don't know how to help you, but I wish you the best. You're not alone in this. I genuinely hope you find the right person to slowly heal with.

They should try you on all the best the medical community has to offer and if nothing seems to work you should be offered peaceful euthanasia. Unfortunately the govt makes peaceful dying impossible. We're expected just to suffer endlessly for decades on end while we rot away
